旅館的位置就在3號線中南大學站2號出口，外面吃飯很方便。如果在學校附近辦事住在這裡是比較經濟實惠的。雖然條件一般，但是在這個價位也還是可以的。

房間衞生還行，床品不太乾淨，廁所沒有門，房間隔音效果差。房主人很温柔好相處。這個價格下性價比還是很高的。

1，隨意加價😄。不能使用空調，需要加15元空調使用費。2，性價比低😃。圖中腳都伸不開的房間加上空調88一晚。臨走了老闆還會陰陽你使用了空調要扣按金。3，水是涼的😄。熱水器調到57度沒兩分鐘水就涼了，冬天住會很冷。4，衞生差隔音差設施差😄。沒有衞生巾是公用的，藍色地墊很臭，缺紙缺吹風什麼都沒有。晚上睡覺能聽見外面人尿尿的聲音，就在門外很沒安全感。5，霸王條款😃。衹訂購30min內可退，當時聽到還要多交錢才中午1點就已經退不了了，需要扣除全額房費。不論那種都不建議訂購，特別是網上定。
