Vienna Hotel is a chain hotel where I often stay. But this is the first time I have stayed in this one, and the girl at the front desk immediately upgraded the room type for me, which was really good. The breakfast is also rich, I will definitely stay here next time

When checking in, the young lady at the front desk did not smile or greet during the whole process. The elevator in the hotel is not used alone. The people entering and leaving are very mixed. There is a cotton swab on the bed sheet on the first day of check-in. The shower gel is also empty and installed upside down. I reacted to the front desk and said to help us deal with it, but there was no solution until the evening, not even a sorry ☹️

房間衞生挺好看，離德思勤廣場不遠，坐地鐵很方便，樓下有夜宵攤，嘴巴饞了可以下樓去吃，樓下有個足浴店網咖和打桌球的，等於宅在酒店也東西玩，挺不錯的，服務也不錯，前台的小姐姐很熱心的，這次來長沙玩給我的印象很好！

我是來這邊辦公出差的，正好周邊有家維也納，就選擇了這家，整體感覺不錯的，前台的小姐姐辦理入住的過程中很舒服很親切，酒店應該開業挺久了，不過硬件設施都保養的挺好，5樓有洗衣房，洗衣和烘乾是分開的，這點加分，早班廳不是很大，該有的都有，要是更豐富一些就好了，整體來説不錯，下次出差還是選擇這家酒店，可以的。
