The best decision I made on this trip to Changsha was choosing the terrace suite at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the experience was absolutely fantastic. The grand lobby alone deserves a five-star rating! The room's cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner spotless, which made for a very comfortable stay. Even more commendable was the thoughtful service from staff member Fiona! She was efficient and patient during check-in, providing meticulous and attentive service throughout.

The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes walk to the river. The front desk lady Xiaolu was very considerate and helped me adjust a non-smoking room with a great river view. She was kind and professional. The floor of the room was great, and luckily the weather cleared up. The night view of the river was particularly stunning at night, I liked it very much.

The room is spacious and bright. Xiao He contacted us the day before check-in to ask about our preferences or precautions. His service attitude was enthusiastic and proactive, and he responded positively. The room facilities were clean and hygienic, without any odor. The sound insulation effect was good. I will choose Howard Johnson to stay in Changsha again in the future! Recommended to everyone!

Xiao He's service was very good and thoughtful, and the cleaning lady was also very enthusiastic. My husband let the bathtub overflow, and she patiently helped us clean it all.
