房間內部無可挑剔就是沒有冰箱，退房後房東主動問我們建議，説第二天就搬一台上去，被子很舒服乾淨，投影的音質也很好
江景房其實是衹可以從窗户側面看到一點江
樓下就是黃興廣場五一廣場坡子街，非常方便
有個缺點就是樓看起來好老，不建議女生一個人住

交通啥都挺方便的 就是被子比較臟 而且民宿介紹寫了3床但是實際上卻衹有2張床 還有就是從我們入住開始廁所燈都沒有好過 一直開不了 據房東所説是電路的問題 一時半會兒修不好 所以不能接受廁所沒燈的就不要定了吧 房東最後一晚拿來了一個備用燈

總體來説符合學生黨，4個人人均不到一百，畢竟房間客廳跟客廳跟圖片差距不大。不適合家庭出行，未展示廚房洗手間圖片，途家這方面沒監管到位，住宿感受真是一言難盡。
1. 衞生間的淋浴沒有隔斷，水流太太太小，毛巾都浸不濕，淋浴在馬桶和臟兮兮的拖把中間，體型大的不小心就蹭到了馬桶，且馬桶蓋子是歪的也很小，坐上去屁股挨着冰涼的馬桶很鬧心。2. 配的塑料拖鞋估計從來沒清洗過，水池沖完一屋子臭拖鞋味道。3. 冰箱也沒有清潔過，裏面還有上一羣客人留下的燒仙草，一拿出來杯子裂了流了一地奶茶。4. 卧室的被褥沒有異味，床睡着也還可以，就是空調太老了，裏面黑洞洞的感覺沒清潔過不敢開，怕吹出來都是臟東西，無奈蚊子太多，21樓那麼多蚊子，估計是樓齡太老下水道比較臟的緣故，半夜被蚊子咬醒，沒有電蚊香，衹能開空調關窗，結果趕上停電，空調打不開。
真的是不應該圖方便訂民宿，這個性價比還不如七天，起碼圖個有人打掃衞生間乾淨。長個經驗教訓，以後萬一還訂民宿一定看好有沒有洗手間廚房圖片，樓齡是否太老，這樣的日租房衹是為了遊客居住沒有居家環境要警惕。
