Super happy with our stay for the price. Extremely clean and conveniently located in Furong district. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I left a belonging in my room and they shipped it over to my next accommodation swiftly. Definitely would rebook.

The hotel is very close to the Provincial Museum. The parking lot is large, the service staff are proactive and enthusiastic, and the laundry room is convenient for tourists traveling long distances to clean their clothes. The food in the restaurant on the third floor is average, and I also had breakfast at his house. The pumpkin and white potatoes were all cold, so it felt average.

I stayed at the Vienna Hotel during the Spring Festival. The lady at the front desk at No. 520 was very helpful. She took the initiative to upgrade the room type, gave me free breakfast coupons, and also provided free late check-out. It was great! The hotel has a good environment and good service. Even the cleaning lady is very friendly! The location is very good. You can walk to the Hubei Provincial Museum and take a taxi to the surrounding attractions for only 10 yuan. It's not far!
