第一次住這家酒店，環境衞生都不錯，也不吵，很安靜，大堂設計很商務化，感覺特別好，前台和客房服務都特別有禮貌，工作人員0146還給我們推薦了本地美食小吃，還有長沙特色景點，可惜下雨很多地方沒開放，下次再來吧

酒店體驗感不錯，房間衞生整潔舒適，洗頭髮的超級香，還買了一套帶回家洗，環境也是很安靜，離德思勤走路都可以到，最重要的是離酒店幾分鐘的距離就有茶顏悦色，因為外賣沒有寫房間號，我打電話給前台工作人員丁美女，她主動幫我送到了房間，服務貼心的呢[旺柴]

一進大堂左邊就是大堂吧，有茶水小點心，房間還配有咖啡，小洗衣機，冰箱，掛燙機，前台工作人員0146服務超讚，她給我辦理的入住和退房，不僅業務熟練，對客也好熱情，酒店位置也不偏，旁邊就是輕鹽和京師律師事務所，環境也很安靜，出差首選他們家酒店了

地理位置十分便利，離地鐵站和德思勤很近，房間設施齊全，衣物消毒液掛燙機一應俱全，房間衞生也很乾凈，前台小丁對客服務超讚，準備第二天去橘子州她特意拿了旅行功略給我，還介紹長沙其他各大景點

環境不錯，公區設計很有特色，整個酒店都香香的，大堂吧有免費的下午茶可以跟朋友拍拍照聊聊天，設施也很齊全，房間都是智能的，特別要點贊前台工作的小劉小姐姐，熱心大方，服務很好。

整體還是非常滿意的，暖氣很足，已經到了熱死的程度😺衹能開窗睡覺。然後前台小姑娘也很熱情，給孩子送了公仔。房間也很大，而且房間內有洗衣機真的超級方便，還配了洗衣液和消毒液，洗好的衣服一夜就幹了。但是早餐方面還是要吐槽下的。我們兩家人都是住了2天的，兩天都沒吃到早餐。第一天十點左右到的，沒吃到早餐以為太晚已經收了，於是拿了三個雞蛋，但是全是半熟的，蛋白都是稀的那種。第二天是九點前到的餐廳，但是依然沒有吃到早餐，排了十分鐘的隊打牛奶，牛奶都沒有了，簡直一塌糊塗。尤其是這過年期間長沙大部分門店都是不營業的，出門找早餐店都開了二十多分鐘的車。希望酒店在客房服務非常優秀的情況下，把早餐服務也做好。最後祝店家生意興隆。

山水酒店屬於中青旅旗下，一樓大廳不是很熱鬧，有一種安靜的感覺，房間有洗衣機，衣物消毒液，洗衣液，熨燙機，智能馬桶，房間也很大，更重要的是書桌很實用，酒店的服務也很到位，前台小丁辦理入住特別熱情業務也嫻熟，值得推薦的高檔型酒店。
