位置非常難找，也沒有廣告牌與立體門頭。設施非常老舊，一出電梯就能聞到一股非常大的異味，客房裡的設施也非常老舊，到處都是掉粉掉漆。主要是服務態度非常的差，致電總枱總枱服務就像欠了她幾百萬一樣的，態度非常的差。整體入住感非常的差，而且基本酒店沒有公區，什麼公區設施都沒有卻展示舒適型酒店的配置，又是一個虛掛高鑽的酒店。原本這些就算了，但是總枱的服務態度太差了，跟欠了她幾百萬一樣實在讓我無法忍受了，你設施老舊、公區差就算了，但是你服務態度也如此之差就實在忍無可忍了！！！
