The invoice amount was not based on the Ctrip order amount, but insisted on the amount on a slip printed by their hotel (more than ten yuan less than the Ctrip order amount). I asked the front desk staff why they wanted it. The amount was less. The female front desk officer probably wasn't good at the business and couldn't explain the reason. The male front desk person felt that she was more experienced, but her attitude was very arrogant and she was unwilling to help find out the reason for the difference in the amount. Anyway, she could only issue the invoice based on the amount they found out. Since I was in a hurry to catch my flight and thought I could ask Ctrip to solve the problem, I had no choice but to issue a ticket and leave. In the end, Ctrip customer service really didn’t disappoint me. On the one hand, they gave me clear feedback on the reason for the difference in the amount.
