I arrived on a late train and had a meeting in the morning. I hadn’t brought a present with me for my acquaintance, and shops were about to close for the night. Yvonne, Una, Naomi at the front desk and Laurina at the guest service center immediately came to my rescue, finding me a quality fragrance store where I could still buy a gift before closing time; that really meant a lot to me! Thank you ladies! Changsha Wanda Vista is a wonderful hotel! I enjoyed my room with full on view on the Xaingjiang river. The premises is spacious, stylish and in top condition! The staff go out of their way to make sure, guests feel at home and check regularly whether there is anything you need help with. On my next trip to Changsha, Wanda Vista will be my home again!

The staffs doesn't have the mindset.

A very average experience, a symptom of the corporate no longer being solvent. Airconditining has a mind of its own, no matter how you set your desired temperature the room temperature stayed at 25C all night. Too hot for a good nights sleep

This is a really excellent hotel ! I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is great and within easy reach of all main sites and the underground system. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I had dinner twice in the Chinese restaurant on 5th floor and both times this was excellent. However, the greatest asset of this hotel is definitely its staff. All staff members are all really efficient with a great attitude and also a nice smile. From the moment I entered until I left, it was right through an excellent experience with all the staff I came across, be it in reception, housekeeping, restaurant or concierge. I have to especially mention Jack, who I believe is the Head Concierge. I asked him how can I buy tickets for the river night cruise, and he arranged everything for me. He called the boat cruise company, bought the tickets for me, sent me the QR code, sent me very detailed on how to arrive at the pier, and sent me messages later in the evening to see whether I had arrived and whether I took the boat. He also gave me his contact details and asked me to call him if I encounter any issues or need any translations. This service attitude of this person is unbelievable and I really want to thank him for all his great support. I really recommend this hotel to whoever visits Changsha.

A luxury hotel in a great location, you can have a river view. The service is top. Breakfast is good they also have local foods. You have many choices. The only negative point that I can say is the amenities in the toilet are too simple for a luxury hotel.

All the staff iare very helpful and polite. Sorry that I only remember two guys named Jimi Chang, and Mark Chan. Definitely will stay at this hotel when I visit Changsha in the future. 🙏🙏

Convenient location and wonderful hotel.

My family and I had a wonderful trip in Changsha. We ended up staying at Wanda Vista for a total of three days. The hotel was clean and the room was very quiet. The staff team was incredibly helpful. In addition, the hotel was located near many great restaurants and attractions.

Ms Linda Li has a professional service attitude and is very friendly to guests.

We where visiting this Hotel as a couple and spent there a very nice weekend together. The service in the Hotel was very supportive. The breakfast was good. The location is very central in Changsha. We would recommend a stay if you want to have a good time in Changsha.

The staff is working very hard to make you feel as a valued guest. The hotel is a typical old style 4-5 Chinese hotel with grandiose lobby. The room are spacious, comfortable and very quiet. For the but: the wifi connection is a mess. The breakfast buffet has poor western choices (ok if you prefer Chinese option).
