地理位置：就在繁華地段五一廣場附近，距離地鐵站步行4分鐘，去橘子洲嶽麓山南站等都比較方便；樓下還有很多小吃，就算晚上肚子餓也不怕； 房間環境：我訂的是雙床房，大概是1.5米寬的床，我們3個人入住剛剛好；房間還配置了冰箱洗衣機微波爐； 入住手續：要先到1510辦理入住手續，然後老闆會給我們房間密碼開門，還是挺方便的。

第一次住到一家這麼差的公寓酒店，一走進房間的時候燈光很暗，一進去的感覺就很不好。我懷疑你們家的好評都是花錢刷來的吧！ 第一：熱水器熱水，我朋友第一個洗就沒熱水了，跟房東（前台）説，她説是這樣的，要隔20分鐘後洗一個，我問她怎麼解決，她説解決不了，我真是笑了，有問題解決不了你開個毛線的公寓酒店，重點是我們都還沒有洗，長沙晚上那麼冷的地方，大家都想洗個熱水澡早點睡，那晚洗完我第二天就感冒了，整天在長沙就玩不了，浪費了一天時間（沒有前台的一樓的） 第二：沒有暖氣，開了一晚上暖氣十七度，都沒有一點反應，一邊睡覺一邊流鼻水！ 第三：被子是破的，頭尾都破大洞，布料也不好，蓋了很扎。。。。 第二天立馬就換酒店，一秒鐘都不想帶 被好評的照片給騙了，所以要去住這家的小夥伴，請好好看我這條評論，別像我一樣，難得出門一趟第一眼就體驗到不好的了，真的心情都變不好

來了朋友想去五一廣場附近走走，都想住到熱鬧繁華的地段，我們見面很開心，10多年的再聚首，樓層比較高可以看到外面夜景，我們一起暢談之前在一起相處的日子彷彿就在昨天，到了吃飯的時間就在樓下的網紅餐廳娟娟餐館喝了幾杯，很開心＇下次朋友過來還選擇這家酒店，很開心，很暖心

公寓是獨棟大樓，性價比最高，房間大，位置很好，離長沙站，長沙南站，解放西，坡子街，橘子洲頭也很近，門口還有地鐵口，酒店乾淨，設施齊全，而且很安靜，走路3分鐘就到了壹號公館樓下，床品很舒服，柔軟，很方便，設施也齊全，有冰箱，洗衣機，微波爐，拖鞋也是一次性的，體驗感很棒棒噠！麼麼噠！

房子地理位置很好，地鐵就在樓下幾分鐘就到了，兩房一廳大套房，小孩子很喜歡，房東人也特別好，冰箱電視洗衣機微波爐一應俱全，服務超讚，房間也比較新，是歐式風格，值得推薦，春節再來玩

房間很大很寬敞，光線明亮又通風，浴室也很乾凈，還有廚房和洗衣機，每天都有阿姨打掃，隨時都乾乾淨淨的，真的性價比太高了，交通便利無比，地點完美，就在五一廣場，吃的喝的玩的都很近。
