Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Furongguo Changsha

Traveling to Changsha with our child, choosing this Wyndham in the city center was a great decision, very hassle-free and perfect for families. We booked a king room, which was excellent value for money. For just over 800 RMB, we got two nights plus breakfast. The hotel also has a free kids' play area with building blocks, educational toys, and a small climbing structure – perfect for letting the kids burn off some energy after a long day of sightseeing. The heated pool is also great for family swimming, and the water quality is excellent. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including congee, pastries, and small snacks that are suitable for children, and easy to access. Located on Furong Middle Road, the transportation is convenient. It's not far from Wuyi Square, and both taxis and the subway are easily accessible, making it easy to visit attractions and try local food without detours.

Pretty good. The lobby is grand and the service is responsive. It's a bit old though, and some of the facilities are outdated, like the non-smart toilets. But you can tell they're making an effort to maintain it, and the cleanliness is excellent.

The service is good and the location is excellent. It's an older hotel, so the facilities and equipment are relatively outdated, which doesn't quite live up to the Wyndham brand name.

The room was really spacious, and we even got a free upgrade! The service was excellent, a special shout-out to Gary! Breakfast was fantastic too. It's super convenient for getting around, everything felt close by. Overall, a five-star experience!

This is an established five-star hotel with well-maintained facilities. The location is convenient, and the hotel is clean with warm, attentive service. It's also very close to the Helong Sports Center, within walking distance. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Changsha.

I was really happy with my stay this time! The room was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the soundproofing was excellent. Lily, one of the staff members, was very friendly. The location was easy to find, with lots of food and drink options nearby. Overall, it's great value for money and very relaxing to stay here. I'll definitely consider this place first for my next visit.

This stay exceeded my expectations. Even though the hotel has been open for a while, its facilities are exceptionally well-maintained. The location in the city center is super convenient for getting around. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and I'm very grateful to Winnie for upgrading my room. The room was quiet and comfortable, and there's even a robot that delivers takeaways to your door. Check-out was smooth with friendly goodbyes from the staff. It was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changsha. Highly recommend!
