The hotel is very nice and the receptionists are very helpful and professional, especially one receptionist called Siyuan. She was helpful about extra tips to go around the city. Will definitely come again

Staff were helpful and patient. Room was clean and had everything you need. Not too far from the Metro, and some good places for coffee and food near by.

第一次入住這家酒店，從入住到離店酒店一直都服務得很好！從外地過來住酒店都有提前與我電話溝通，安排的妥妥的。辦理入住的時候小姐姐也介紹的很細緻，無線密碼，免費物品，晚安粥等等~很多東西不方便攜帶[加油]這裏都有，我住一次就要愛上這裏了，以後還會再來噠~推薦！推薦！

第一次來湖南，到長沙的第一家酒店，也是住最多的一家，三晚，真的很失望，本來下飛機開開心心的滿懷期待來到這，結果累了好幾個小時，到這發現房間給我們的不太合適，讓她幫忙協調一下，非説沒有房間，明明攜程還顯示有房，就説什麼也不給換，折騰半個多小時，帶我們去三樓一個特別破特別黑的房間看，説我本來定的是那個，我的天，我在攜程定的明明4到5層，他告訴我本來是三層那個破的房間，還好心給我換了，你們掛羊頭賣狗肉嗎，睜眼説瞎話，我定的4到5層，你居然敢給我看三層又黑又破的房間，説換的話衹能是這個，我不同意，然後你們那個女工作人員一個勁兒甩臉子，還翻白眼，我們來旅遊的，對你們很客氣了，你們就這個態度，讓我們旅遊心情都破壞了，對長沙印象大打折扣，去了那麼多旅遊城市，頭一次遇到這種服務態度的，前台有兩個女孩天天欠她八百萬一樣。然後再説房間，小到一轉身就會撞到牆，還有早餐，我定了三天的，給我寫了一天日期，每天吃飯的工作人員都得和我反覆確認，真的浪費時間影響心情，菜品三天都一樣，油條硬到可以硌掉牙，還有飲品衹有優酸乳，去晚了還沒了，還有稀釋到快透明的奶粉，我的天，豆漿都沒有，去晚一點點就什麼吃的都沒了也不上新的，早知道不定帶早餐的了。整體來説，差點極限，其他的設施可以不挑，就這個甩臉子的服務態度真是眾多旅遊城市獨一份！
