Facilities: The bed board is very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The hot water is not hot and it takes a long time to get hot water.
Hygiene: The carpet on the floor is very dirty, with black dots on it. There are hairs on the bedside table. The toilet smells very bad, and the room also smells very bad.
Environment: The public environment is okay, but the rooms are average
Service: When the temperature in Changsha cooled down, the hotel didn’t change the quilt to a thicker one. They also told the guests that there was nothing we could do about the sudden drop in temperature.
