1.交通便利，市區旅行主打逛街，坡子街，太平老街，文和友就在酒店樓下，在市區玩一倆天還挺方便的。樓下的商場有些連鎖店，對面有一些商場，可以步行到周邊景點。
2.如果用客梯回酒店，就需要在五樓平台換乘電梯；樓側面有貨梯，可以直達所住樓層。點外賣可以直接送上樓。
3.景色還行，可以看到一些橘子洲的景色，對面有幾棟更高和更靠近江邊的樓。
4.價格適中，酒店所在的南北塔都有很多民宿酒店，所選的每晚400+；同區域也有些很多其他可選擇的。
5.洗澡温熱水壓一般，有待提升。

真的很拉 一年出差住酒店上百次 這是最垃沒有之一 首先衞生問題 洗臉枱盆上下都長黴菌了 詳情看圖片 沒什麼可狡辯的 然後辦入住也很麻煩 首先先找到一個門 坐電梯到五樓 五樓又要去找到九樓的電梯 出門很不方便 出行人多 電梯很難等 最嚇人的一點 他這邊保潔阿姨會敲兩下門 不管你迴應不迴應 他會直接刷卡開門！！！我看了其他客人評價 多個出現這種問題 你敢信 並且是兩次，客服還一副他理直氣壯的態度 我真的是搞笑了 你問了我要手機號碼 可以先跟我電話聯繫 我沒接的話 你再來敲門都還勉強能理解 沒有酒店前台服務 就是個樓棟裏面的公寓 而且照片和實物完全不一樣 攜程長點心吧 別再推這種公寓了

酒店沒有前台 叫人拿電梯下來的 進房間簡直不能在在失望 舊 特地衞生巾 有點嚇人 我因為著急離店 衹拍了3張照片 那個熱水器就在馬桶上面 臟 舊 酒店哪裡還能看到這種讓熱水器 那個鏡子的邊邊都是臟臟的膠布撕不下來那種痕跡 看浴室那個是一層污跡在上面 整個氛圍嚇人 和客服溝通 態度也差 若不是當晚小孩太累睡著了。立馬都走人 同等價格 在長沙可以住很舒服的名宿 還是還是智能聲控家居 建議選這家店的繞道
