這次在長沙住的酒店真的絕了！床軟乎乎的，一躺下去就不想起來，枕頭超好睡！洗漱用品齊全，牙刷、馬桶墊，礦泉水，洗髮水、沐浴露啥都有，完全不用自帶。房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，工業風設計我很喜歡。離地鐵口特別近，出去玩很方便，還有小管家隨時在線服務，有什麼疑問都能及時解決！老闆人也很好！

酒店位置非常好，就在長沙大道地鐵站2號口直走100米處，出差旅遊都很方便，到了酒店直接掃碼入住，房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨，服務也很周到！性價比超高！

服務差的離譜！！！和朋友同行5月24日預訂的5.31的4間房，8個人14時入住前都到了酒店，前台無人，是自助辦理入住，有兩間可以入住。2間掃碼提示房間前住户還未退房，於是把行李放在其他房間就出去了，下午和朋友分別接到兩個電話，都是詢問是否到酒店、是否辦理入住的問題【並未説明房間原住户續住沒房情況】，回酒店是23時，入住才被告知沒房！！！把房間賣超了，沒入住的安排到了其他酒店，詢問能不能補償延長退房時間，告知讓我們8個人睡兩間房。我請問呢？你沒房不提前告知？別人續住也不提前重新安排空房間，14時--23時沒一個人和我們説明房間協調的事，還讓我們理解節假日人多，讓8個人睡2間房。不理解沒房還接單、不理解特殊情況不提前告知。住過最最最離譜的酒店！！
