The hotel's front desk service was excellent. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy. It offers views of the Xiangjiang River Scenic Belt and has convenient transportation.

The rooms are well-equipped. The location is great, right by the Xiangjiang River. Each room even comes standard with a washing machine and a mini-fridge, and the subway station is conveniently close by.

The service was alright. However, the power outage was a bit of a headache. Fortunately, the staff were very proactive in addressing the problem, which compensated for the lack of amenities. There weren't many dining options available, and it's quite a walk to the subway.

The cleanliness, facilities, and service were all excellent. I had a wonderful stay.

The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and incredibly well-equipped – it even came with a washing machine! How amazing is that?! 😊 The river view is absolutely stunning; in the afternoon, you can admire Orange Isle, and at night, enjoy the spectacular light show across the river. It's truly fantastic, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit. The hotel offers an underground parking garage. Elevators provide secure, key-card-only access directly to your floor. By adding the front desk on WeChat, you'll receive a parking code, allowing you to get your parking validated/discounted each time before you depart – a great amenity for road trippers. For food delivery orders, you can request robot delivery straight to your room door, which is incredibly convenient.

The room felt a little dated, and there were old water stains on the bathroom glass and floor. Service was acceptable. The main draw, however, was the excellent view from the window, perfect for watching the light show. The location was also decent.

The hotel is located by the Xiang River, offering river views. However, it's situated at the northernmost point of Orange Isle (Juzizhou), so the main scenic areas are not visible from the property. It's conveniently close to Fisherman's Wharf, which is a great place for crayfish. Breakfast was just average.

I've stayed at this hotel countless times before, but this was my first time trying their apartment/loft style room, wanting to experience something new. However, both the environment and the service turned out to be incredibly disappointing. Firstly, the loft unit doesn't have a landline phone. For any service, you have to use your own mobile phone to find the front desk's number and call them directly. Secondly, the loft room was extremely dirty. The paint was peeling on the walls, the glass surfaces clearly hadn't been cleaned at all, and everywhere I looked, there were various smudges and stains, big and small, on the walls and glass. The bathroom also had numerous dark, grimy stains and watermarks. This is certainly not what you'd expect from a hotel room costing over 300 [currency unit, e.g., RMB]. Even old hotels in Kowloon, Hong Kong, during off-peak season aren't this bad, and this is in a non-commercial area of Changsha! Finally, the service was the most infuriating aspect. Previously, I always stayed in their 270-degree city view rooms, often for ten days to half a month at a time, and I even got to know the housekeeping staff quite well. This time, regarding the dirty and smelly bathroom in the loft, I contacted housekeeping twice. Their attitude was very poor and impatient. They even complained that coming up was 'not easy.' I have to ask, isn't there an elevator to the 15th floor? Did you walk all the way up?! If they were diligent and detail-oriented in their work, would I even need to call them after checking in? It's simply unacceptable.

The room is quite spacious at about 90 square meters. Its living room, equipped with a slide, a swing, and a tent, makes it perfectly suited for family travel. The hotel itself feels relatively new, and the facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast was also pretty decent!

I initially thought the river view would be the hotel's main selling point, but it turns out everything else was excellent as well. We stayed in a river-view room on the 13th floor. I had requested a quiet location, and the staff assigned us a wonderfully isolated room. The soundproofing on the windows was incredibly effective; we heard absolutely nothing, despite being right next to a busy road. The room was equipped with various smart features. The cleaning staff were warm and very responsible. The front desk staff were polite and incredibly efficient. They even offered us a discounted breakfast when they learned we had missed the business meal. The bathroom sink had a thoughtful, ergonomic design that prevented water from splashing. The exhaust fan was very quiet, almost imperceptible, and it dried wet clothes quickly overnight. The air conditioning cooled the room down rapidly. Overall, the hotel's thoughtfulness and attention to detail were evident.
