The staff were great and extremely friendly. The room was clean with good amenities, the swimming pool had a great view of the city. The gym was very pleasant. The location was very central. Monica Tan was an extremely helpful member of staff who made the trip extremely pleasant. I would recommend 10/10.

Location: It shares the same front space as another hotel, just keep walking to your right to reach this one. The pro here is that it's close to Wuyi Square which is around 10-15 minutes away. There are some restaurants and fruit shops nearby too. It's also pretty close to one of the railway stations, a bit far from the airport though. The bad thing is that it's kind of located on a busy street, so around certain times, there's traffic. Cleanliness: Overall, everything was pretty clean. Service: The front desk girl is really friendly and if you ever need anything, can either WeChat her or call the front desk. She even gifted us with goodies when we left. Facilities: Slept well, bed was soft and comfortable. Everything was pretty good, the only thing I would complain about is probably how high the heater is. I was sweating. Overall, enjoyed my stay here, and would return. I enjoyed having my separate room and having the option for a fridge and microwave just in case. There's free water, snacks, and fruits upon check-in. U.S. passport friendly.

The Sheraton has seen better days but this is offset by the large rooms and bathrooms and kitchen etc. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and looked fir ways to make our stay more pleasant e.g. getting us more drinking water. They were also very quick.at naming-up our room.

Facilities: The hotel's breakfast, swimming pool and gym are shared with the hotel. 2 bedrooms and 1 living room are more comfortable for families than staying in a hotel. There is a kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine (although I didn't use it). The price is also reasonable. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Although the surrounding attractions are a bit far away, it's still very convenient to take a taxi for about 10 yuan. Service: Very satisfied. The housekeeper will add WeChat in advance to send the address and how to get there, as well as travel guides and food. There are also welcome fruit snacks and free drinks in the room. Today, the housekeeper on duty, Xiao Tang, will communicate and solve the problem in time. A doll was also given when checking out🧸

The room was big and clean. They even upgraded our room on their own initiative. We lived very comfortably. Welcome fruit was also given. When we order takeout, the housekeeper will be very polite and will take the time to deliver it to our room, especially Miss Qin Dan, who helped us run several times because we ordered separate takeout. We should share robots with hotels, so the staff won’t have to work so hard. Every time you enter or leave the front desk, you will be greeted very politely. Gives a very good stay experience. When I left, the lady gave me a teddy bear. The hotel is also very close to Chaoxing Street, and you can walk to May Day. It's just that the subway is not very close, so it's better to go directly to the attractions than to walk to the subway station. The only drawback of the hotel is that the air conditioning is not enough. The hotel also gave us an air cooler. But it would be better if the air conditioning could be a little colder!  If you have more than one person, this is highly recommended because the whole family can be together but each has their own space. If you want to eat, there is a living room as well, which is very convenient!

The front desk service is warm and efficient, the room is clean and comfortable, the bedding is soft, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the toiletries are high-quality. The coffee in the lobby bar is fragrant and delicious. The cleaning lady Tang Jie cleaned the place very clean. I asked for delivery several times, and she delivered it to me very quickly. She was also very kind. This apartment is really cost-effective. When I left the store, Xiao Tan also gave me a small gift. Full marks for details!

This time I traveled with friends and arranged an adjacent room for us. The room area is larger than that of ordinary hotels and it is very comfortable to stay in. There are bay windows, and you can sit by the window to enjoy the view. The bathtub is used every time, and the housekeeper Xiao Zhou also helped me prepare the bathtub film in advance. The coffee machine in the room is really added value, and I can have Starbucks freely. The environment is also very good, and the whole corridor is odor-free. The housekeepers will greet me warmly when they see me, and deliver things in a timely manner, which is very nice.

Facilities: It has been open for a long time. Sheraton is the first international five-star hotel in Hunan. Although it is an apartment, it is under the same owner group and shares hotel facilities. The parking lot is very large and free. There are three parking lots on the two underground floors and the first floor, which is very convenient for travel. With the severe economic situation, it is more cost-effective to choose this hotel-style apartment. At first, I thought it was only for long-term rental, but it was the same as staying in a hotel, and I even think it is better. Environment: The lobby is bright and the fragrance is very good. There is a fountain at the door, and the whole hotel feels comfortable. The guest room is a two-bedroom and one-living room, which is very large and more than 100 square meters. The four of us don’t feel crowded. The hygiene and location are good. The guest room is clean and tidy. It is located in the city center. It takes less than 10 minutes to take a taxi to May Day Square and the Provincial Museum. Although it is only two stops to take the subway to Orange Island, it takes 8 minutes to walk to the subway station. It was acceptable for a few young people to walk here. The weather was also very good. The camphor trees on the road were blooming and fragrant. The breeze was also very pleasant. The specialty products in Pozi Street were very good. As a foodie, I bought a lot and mailed them home. Next summer vacation, I will invite my friends to eat crayfish and come back to live here again.

The twin beds for a family of three are so nice. There are two separate bedrooms and a large living room. It is very comfortable. The bedding is very comfortable, and the room is clean and hygienic without any odor. The housekeeper Xiao Zhou who received me was very enthusiastic and introduced the business hours of various places. The other housekeepers and the cleaning lady were also very enthusiastic. For this price, there is also a kitchen (with an induction cooker and a microwave), which is like home and you can cook your own meals. Every detail is very good, thumbs up

The room was clean and hygienic, with a good view of the bustling neighborhood. This time, when I took my family to Changsha for a trip, I directly chose a two-bedroom, two-living room, one-kitchen and two-bathroom suite in the Yunda Sheraton International Plaza Hotel Apartment. We arrived at the hotel apartment in the morning, and it was still a few hours before the stipulated time for check-in in the afternoon. According to regulations, we need to wait until the room is ready before we can check in. The front desk staff who received us was called Tang Miao. She noticed our fatigue from the journey. After carefully understanding our situation, she took the initiative to coordinate and adjust a suitable room within her authority, and quickly and skillfully handled the check-in procedures, so that our family could go to the room to rest and tidy up as soon as possible. After that, Tang Miao also provided us with relevant information and help many times, making our trip to Changsha quite smooth and perfect. Here, on behalf of our whole family, I would like to express my gratitude to Tang Miao for her work and dedication! This year marks the 18th anniversary of the opening of Yunda Sheraton Hotel. As an old five-star hotel, the maintenance of its hotel hardware facilities is still at a fairly high standard, and the service level is as good as ever. We could feel this from the moment we checked in. The room layout, hygiene, cleanliness, quiet environment, food quality, butler service and many other aspects all showed the management level that a five-star hotel should have.
