Lavande Hotel (Youth Plaza at CUST, Changsha)

I usually choose Lavande for business trips; it's a reliable choice, always clean and tidy.

The hotel was clean, the service was good, and it felt very safe. I'm very satisfied.

The guy at the front desk upgraded the room type for free. He was polite and friendly. The hotel was warm and clean, and the bedding was comfortable and soft. When I was doing laundry in the laundry room, the staff was very considerate to help me choose a faster drying method, which was a plus. If I have the chance next time, I will come again. It was a very pleasant stay experience.

The room is quite big. The front desk upgraded it. The room is very cozy. It is close to the community. The facilities are relatively new. There is a humidifier and purifier. It is OK to stay here. There are many places to eat outside. It is not far from the Polytechnic University.

This store is probably the best one in the surrounding area. The front desk service is the best I have seen in the current chain hotels. Tea and hot towels are provided. Any problems are solved immediately. The room facilities are complete and everything is new. The hygiene is also very good! The dining environment in the restaurant is also very good. From the shape of this bowl of noodles, you can see that the staff is attentive! The management also spent a lot of time on details! I will stay here again if I have the chance next time

The room is OK, but the quilt is too thin, and the heating is not very powerful. I couldn't sleep well all night. I don't know why, the previous LeFeng Hotel gave people a very comfortable feeling, just like home, but I don't know what happened to LeFeng Hotel in recent years. I am disappointed every time I stay here 😂😂😂
