入住房間與網上預訂户型不一樣，入住時房間衞生差，床頭有衞生紙紙團，床單上有不明毛髮。

房間有異味，洗手間用的衞生紙紙軸味道很臭，走廊外面也是一大股味道，還有就是不知道枕頭破洞了還在用
