Grand Hyatt Changsha

Excellent, excellent, excellent! The hotel's location is super convenient, right by the river, and within walking distance of Du Fu's Thatched Cottage. The service was fantastic, and I really loved the decor. It was a very pleasant stay! 🥳🥳🥳

The Cloud Room type is absolutely stunning! Staying in a room on the 46th floor or higher, the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the Xiang River, Orange Isle, and Yuelu Mountain. At night, the city lights reflecting on the river are incredibly beautiful. The room is spacious, equipped with a smart toilet seat and a Dyson hairdryer – the attention to detail is impressive. The guest services center staff are warm, attentive, and thorough. Plus, it's within walking distance to the IFS.

The Grand Hyatt Changsha is definitely worth a try. The river view rooms offer fantastic scenery; the night view of the Xiangjiang River is gentle and beautiful, and it's perfect for taking photos. The service is meticulous, and the facilities are excellent. I had a very comfortable stay.

It was quiet at night, so I slept undisturbed. When I checked out in the morning, they even gave me a small souvenir. The staff was incredibly warm and patient throughout my stay.
