TAI HOTEL of Changsha

Nice hotel environment, free upgrade at the front desk, mini-fridge and make-up mirror and sterilizer, smart, convenient, well equipped, prompt handling of issues at the front desk. Reception is on 6th floor. Even the staff don't speak English there was no problem to communicate with little help of translation app. Hotel located in great area close to Wuyi Square. I could walk around comfortably. Stayed for a few days and will return when visiting Changsha next time.

I really impressed this hotel. Location is superb. It's inside the walking street area. You can easily find food, drink, tea, coffee etc. here. The room is very clean and convenient. The hotel staff is helpful. Moreover there are free services like laundry, baggage delivery to airport.

One of the best hotel in Changsha! Location perfect everything within the walking distance. Super convenient. Service wise out of this world. The detailed they provided and personalize is even better than any big hotel. The butler service also fantastic will guide and send you info you need. Too good. Specially thanks to 荔枝姐姐 she very passion to her works and provide wonderful services. Everyone in this hotel I can describe is very good. Highly recommended to stay this hotel. Very just in front IFS building.

I am very impressed by the cleanliness and the service of the hotel. The location is top notch, only a few minutes to the walking street and food. 笨萝卜is just a few steps away. Metro is within 150 meter away. Highly recommended. Special mention to 荔枝姐姐。

Arrived midnight and at first couldn't locate the entrance of the hotel, thanks to the help of the pretty lady at the bakery and the hotel was just at the entrance of the next junction. The entrance was not impressive as it has on-going renovation on the 2nd floor. The lobby/reception is on 6th floor. The receptionist on duty was very friendly and explained there may b some noises during day-time due to the renovation. She up-graded our room to the top floor instead of the 3rd floor. The atmosphere at the lobby/cafe/restaurant is decorated tastefully but homey with lots of greens and accompanied by wooden tables and chairs, sofa. Our room is surprising enduring, clean, soft bedding and a robot called 小样 to assist you settled down. Everything in the room is very satisfactory. After a full-day out the next day, returned to the hotel at night to be greeted by a charming tea lady called 荔枝姐姐 who served us some delicious deserts. 荔枝姐姐also served us some afternoon tea the following day and helped us to wash/dry our clothing(an additional free service provided by hotel), & sent back to our room. Thank you so much for the nice touch. Overall, 10 out of 10 for us to recommend this hotel.
