Hotels in Wu Yi Square/IFS, Changsha

Just a few minutes' walk from the Wuyi Square station, it's super convenient for shopping and dining. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was so soft and smelled wonderful. The front desk staff were super nice! The hotel facilities were complete, and it's really close to Huangxing Square. The room was cozy and comfortable. This hotel is a hidden gem! It's close to the commercial district but not noisy, and the room decor is very stylish! The rice noodles for breakfast were authentically delicious, they made me want to cry (in a good way!). A perfect stay for my trip to Changsha, highly highly highly highly highly highly highly highly highly highly highly recommended! I truly loved it!!

The hotel rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service. The location is very convenient, as it is extremely close to the subway station—just a few steps from Exit 1 of Line 1 to the hotel elevator, making it easy to get anywhere. Between 8 PM and 9 PM, complimentary sweet soup is offered. The only inconvenience is that there is no place to hang the bath towels. After showering, one has to open the door to retrieve the towel. Additionally, the room's air conditioning is centrally controlled and tends to be very cold. However, it is better at night when the temperature is adjusted to a more comfortable level.

This hotel is a gem for travelers! It's only a 3-minute walk from Furong Square Station on Metro Line 2, and just three stops from Juzizhou Head. You can also get to Yuelu Mountain directly, which makes navigating around so easy if you're traveling independently. The soundproofing is absolutely incredible! Even though our room faced the street, we didn't hear a single car at night. Once the windows were closed, it was so quiet I could only hear myself breathing. The front desk service was excellent too!

Came to Changsha with friends for a visit, it's my second time here. We tried all the authentic local delicacies, and Changsha's nightlife is truly vibrant. The hotel is in a central location, close to IFS financial center and Taiping Old Street, which is within walking distance. The subway entrance is right outside, making it convenient to get to Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and our room offered great night views. They also provided disposable bathtub liners, so we could enjoy a bath. The hotel breakfast was also very rich and delicious. Highly recommended!

Location: Tucked away in a unique neighborhood near Wuyi Square, right in the heart of the city, it’s both bustling and peaceful. The subway station isn't too far, making it a quiet oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle. Facilities: I booked a king room, and the front desk agent kindly upgraded me to a king room with an en-suite bathroom, featuring dual sinks and a smart toilet. There's also a food delivery robot. All the standard amenities were good. Breakfast is served at a restaurant with the same name, about 50 meters from the hotel. They had everything you'd expect, and the noodles were delicious, especially the flavorful minced pork sauce! Service: The front desk agent was very patient, providing detailed directions before I checked in. Both check-in and check-out were seamless. I really appreciated the cleaning staff; they always greeted me, and the room was tidied up promptly. Suggestions: Soundproofing in the hotel is pretty good. With the blinds closed, you can barely hear any outside noise. However, the internal soundproofing is just okay; you can hear the sound of blinds opening and closing from the upstairs room and next door. When everything else is quiet, the mini-bar fridge (or perhaps a chiller?) makes a noticeable sound. I'm not sure if this is specific to my room or if it's a common issue.

Staying here was a real pleasure! I initially booked a city view room, and the view wasn't great. I mentioned to the front desk that I'd love a river view, and by the second night, they kindly upgraded me to a Chinese-style river view room. The butler was also incredibly proactive and responsive throughout, offering warm and reliable service. The new room was spacious and airy, and opening the window revealed a stunning view of the Xiang River. Plus, the hotel is located in a food hub, making it super convenient to go out and find delicious meals.

Facilities: A hotel with a strong sense of design. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. It's a shame that some individuals smoke in public areas, but I appreciate that the staff intervened when informed. Thumbs up!👍 Environment: Extremely convenient location. It's within walking distance to Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, Pozi Street, and the Xiangjiang River. The surrounding area is very lively at night. Service: Attentive and thorough.

Absolutely amazing! 👍 The experience was fantastic, and the decor is incredibly tasteful. My room even had a balcony with a great view and fresh air – so refreshing! It was a really comfortable stay. They even left a little four-compartment snack box by the bed, which made my child so happy. The front desk service was excellent too. Definitely worth recommending, I won't even hesitate to book this hotel again next time. Super, super, super good value for money!

Overall, it was good for me. The room type that we chose is just standard for us. The lady from the front office actually recommended that we can upgrade the room as we brought 4 big pieces of luggage, but we were okay with the one we booked. If you arrived earlier, you can actually store your luggage in the hotel earlier. I don’t have the picture of the place and my room, but I guess this is a refurbished apartment that has been turned into a hotel/inn. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes right below the apartment. The food and drinks here are delicious and nice. The lady from the front office was friendly too!

Overall this is a great experience with Acem Hotel. The hotel is close to the IFS tower and within walking distance to many popular areas. The hotel it self is clean and at great price, I had everything I needed. The room was cleaned daily and I even recieved free laundry Service which was easy and fast. The receptionist 小刘 was extremely polite, professional and friendly, she checked me in quickly and even provide me breakfast for me 3 night stay. Thank you very very much 小刘 for making my stay at your hotel comfortable!
