Huatian Properties in Changsha

The hotel has convenient transportation. There is a large shopping mall just a few minutes away. It is very close to the museum, Kaifu Temple and Orange Island. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. Any needs can be handled and followed up in time. I am very lucky to choose Huayue Sunshine and have a pleasant trip in Changsha. Perfect thumbs up!

This hotel boasts an excellent location near Wuyi Square. There's a subway station right downstairs, surrounded by numerous shopping malls, and the pedestrian street is bustling with endless snack stalls and restaurants. Since I was traveling with a child, I specifically requested a quiet room when booking. Although we had a street-facing room, the windows were well-sealed, so it wasn't very noisy, and we slept comfortably. The facilities are comprehensive, you need a key card to use the elevator, and it's clean and hygienic. The service was good, and they even brought desserts every night 🍧

Every aspect of my stay was excellent, definitely a five-star review! This is an established four-star hotel with understated luxury decor, yet the price isn't steep. The concierge called ahead to check on my arrival and even prepared a handwritten note and sesame soy tea. The front desk staff were patient and meticulous, and the housekeeping aunties were kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotel experiences I ever had. From front service to cleaning service, all are very professional, customer-friendly, and respectful. BTW, the breakfast was excellent and well worth the price! Will definitely consider booking this hotel again if visiting Chang Sha next time.

The front desk staff is good. Free breakfast is provided. There are welcome fruits when you check in. The breakfast is a buffet with rich variety. The environment is also very good. I will choose this hotel next time. It is very convenient to go out to the subway station Line 6.

Though small, it has all the essentials! This was our third stop on our road trip from Beijing to Sanya, and we chose to rest in Changsha. Finding pet-friendly hotels is always a challenge with our dogs, so Wanmo was an incredibly wise choice! The room isn't huge, but it's very thoughtfully decorated. The smart controls were perfect for my lazy self 😂, though the lack of a smart toilet was a minor drawback. Breakfast, while not extensive, was of excellent quality. The fact that breakfast runs until 1:30 PM means you can truly enjoy a leisurely brunch, which is a wonderful boost to travel happiness. The laundry room and gym facilities were clean and tidy – a huge plus! The reading room was brightly lit, and the book selection, though small, was excellent and exactly to my taste. Thanks to the rain, we got to stay an extra day and experience Wanmo a bit longer.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The location is fantastic, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The room was surprisingly spacious, with great natural light and ventilation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, not at all lumpy. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. Overall, my experience was excellent – I highly recommend staying here!

This trip was to attend the meeting and chose to stay at Huatian Hotel. The room was very clean and snacks and drinks were also delivered. The bathroom is also comfortable. In addition, Xiaowan at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, friendly and patient, efficient and meticulous, courteous, people feel very comfortable and intimate, professional and warm heart. Overall it feels good, I hope the hotel will maintain this level.

Returning to my alma mater, Central South University of Forestry and Technology, for a class reunion, I searched online for nearby hotels. Cheap options were unappealing, and expensive ones were unaffordable. Just as I was wondering where to stay, I checked Ctrip and found a recommended new hotel under the local Huatian Hotel Group. Thinking it couldn't be bad, I booked it. Facilities: I was initially in a rush 😣 and couldn't find the main gate. It was hidden deep within a large courtyard, the environment was incredibly beautiful, with birdsong and fragrant flowers. The room facilities were relatively new and odorless. The hotel receptionist was incredibly enthusiastic, recommending amenities like a gym, ping-pong table, and a self-service laundry room. Cleanliness: I was initially worried about the smell from the new renovations, but there was no paint odor. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was very clean. There were no unwanted cards or anything like that. Environment: The most surprising thing was that the staff told me you could book a fishing trip in the courtyard pond 🎣, but unfortunately, I didn't join... so... This is hardly a Huatian Select Hotel! My classmate came to the hotel to see me and asked if I had someone help me arrange it. It felt like a state guesthouse compound; the environment was really nice. Service: As for the service, I felt they were a bit too enthusiastic, overly friendly, and down-to-earth. Their main focus was on being ”genuine”—this is a well-known Hunan brand hotel after all. Small gifts, fruits, snacks, and lattes ☕️ made me feel instantly pampered; burp…I felt so full. Overall, it was very nice, especially considering the really good price. It's conveniently located right next to Central South University of Forestry and Technology. The hotel service was unexpectedly good, warmly attentive and considerate. Highly recommended! 👍
