I recently had the pleasure of staying at Muyi Hotel, and I cannot commend the establishment enough for its exceptional service, particularly from one remarkable individual: Miss Mini Jian at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Miss Jian greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine, welcoming attitude that instantly made me feel at home. Her professionalism was evident as she efficiently handled my check-in process while ensuring that all my questions were answered. She went above and beyond to provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining options that truly enhanced my stay. What stood out the most was her attentiveness and willingness to assist. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue, and Miss Jian addressed it promptly and with such a positive demeanor that it transformed a potentially stressful situation into a seamless experience. Her proactive approach and problem-solving ability are commendable and reflect the high standards of service that Muyi Hotel represents. The hotel is so beautiful, the view was amazing, the environment was so quiet and the sorrounding area was so good. Can even take an evening walk by the river. Enjoyed it so much

Changsha's old five-star hotel, decorated in the 1990s style, is old but comfortable. The hotel is located next to the Hunan Library, not far from the subway station, and convenient for travel. The bedding in the guest rooms feels comfortable, and the disposable items: slippers, toothbrushes, bath toiletries and body lotions are of good quality. They also provide eye masks, warmers, mouthwash, etc. for free, as well as welcome fruits and multiple bottles of drinking water that are changed every day. The hotel's buffet breakfast is mainly Chinese, and the food is delicious. The hotel service is good and the price-performance ratio is good.

Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent. The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room. Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!

There is a subway near the hotel that goes directly to Changsha Huanghua Airport. It is also close to May Day Square, which makes travel very convenient. It was lunchtime when I arrived at the hotel and I was a little hungry. I smelled the aroma of roasted sweet potatoes in the hotel lobby, but I thought they needed to be purchased. I didn't expect them to be free. The service of Xiao Wang at the front desk was good and the check-in process was fast. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, and the price/performance ratio was very high. It is a very good hotel.

The room was new, clean, and spacious. The breakfast was good. There was also a pick up service from the station. The driver, Mr Li, was very helpful. He helped us bring our luggages into and out of the car and hotel. The receptionist were also nice and helpful. Thank you all..

Bathroom: Very big showering area, I estimate it at around 6-7m2. water heats up quickly and makes for a good showering experience. Living area: also roomy, big windows show a good city view, the bedside outlets are equipped with usb charging ports, pretty convenient. Facilities: Very petite gym room with two treadmills and a small dumbbell rack up to 30kg, a conference room, a laundry room and a small sky garden, all at 12f. No breakfast because of covid restrictions.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during our first trip to Changsha and the experience was unforgettable. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. The reception helped us upgrade the room for free. The Concierge Supervisor Nolan Zhou was very helpful and helped us carry the luggage to the room. The cleaning ladies tidied up the room in a meticulous way everyday. The room was very spacious, clean, well-appointed, and equipped with a very large bathroom.
