本來衹想住一個晚上的，因為很舒適，退掉一些事情又住了一晚。 整個房間的風格是我這種焦慮的人一進去就心靜的風格，進去房間有舒適的味道，我看了下，用的觀夏，很小眾吧，用心了… 背靠山，滿眼樹木，榻榻米可以靠山喝茶； 前庭有花，有圍爐，讓人覺得温暖； 餐廳也是滿眼的綠色，心情舒暢… 另外，我喜歡房間選的書，魯迅的故鄉，祝福，我與地壇，月亮和六便士，反脆弱…兩天下來，我看到了好幾本我喜歡的書，我覺得民宿的老闆和團隊有一顆很心靜的心吧。 周邊環境一般，但這家民宿獨處得很好，隔音各種都不錯，所以周圍環境可以忽略。

The location of the hotel is very good, it is more convenient to go anywhere, Guo Butler contacted me before I checked in, the room was air-conditioned in advance and presented fruit, and it was very cool when I entered. Stayed here for 2 days, the waiter's hygiene was also cleaned in time, relatively clean, we all took the initiative to say hello to us.

You would expect a 5 star hotel to be clean and provide excellent service… however we were disappointed especially after my friend recommended me to stay here since he was here a month ago. First thing I noticed was a wet floor after entering the guest lobby, thankfully they cleaned it after I told them. Second was our room was not clean, other than the basics like clean sheets and bathroom but the main table wasn’t wiped and they didn’t even vacuum the floor (especially the carpet) at check in and the day after. When we were checking in, the reception staff did not even inform us of how to access the wifi (maybe it is assumed to be common sense) nor did they let us know that we had late check out, had free mini bar soft drinks and we also had no welcome note (these small touches may seem minuscule since the TV says welcome however you would hope that an extra mile is taken at a great brand like JW Marriott). I hope these issues are able to be rectified for other guest, after all information and attentiveness is king in the service industry. The location is also not the most central but that is a personal preference given my short trip! I will have to give a special mention to the male receptionist that helped us a lot with our alipay, thank you again 😊

Since there are many programs in the National Day scenic spot, the hotel front desk can directly scan the code to book the Black Stone performance in the scenic spot. It is best to make an appointment in advance when there are many people. Zhang Xiaozhen at the front desk of the hotel is warm and thoughtful and skilled in handling business. Adults and children are having fun. Like, I will stay next time I have a chance.

1. Accept foreigners 2. Good location. Plus many places to eat nearby 3. Friendly and helpful staff I planned to book a private room but as there were very few people I stayed in a 6ppl room for 2 nights (1 night I was alone) Location is very calm and relaxing, however the showers and toilets are on the 2d floor, which was OK, but less comfortable anyway. Overall I liked the stay, would stay there again, if traveling solo with limited budget.

With a tube station just downstairs, getting to visit the city is very convenient. There is also a good selection of restaurants in the small mall, a ”Cha Yan Yue Se” (popular tea shop) which doesn't require long to queue at all. Breakfast is super too, with a nice range of food. There's also a coffee machine in the room so we could grab a cup of coffee if needed. The staff is super friendly and helped with booking a spa treatment, some visits around the city. As the taxi driver that took us back to the hotel said, it is the best hotel in Changsha.
