The rooms are diverse, spacious, neatly clean and sufficiently equipped with everything you need during your stay. The restaurant is spacious and provides a wide range and varied breakfast. An extensive lunch and dinner menu is also included. The quality of the food is excellent and their must be a master-cooker in the kitchen. The background music was in harmony of the moment. The staff are friendly, helpful and, above all, caring their guests. It is making a stay at this Pullman hotel particularly enjoyable. I went to stay 6 years ago, and it is not bad in my memory. I chose this hotel specially for this business trip. But disappointed! The hotel is outdated, the soundproofing is extremely poor, the people next door can hear clearly, and the sound of sleeping and snoring is as clear as possible. The breakfast is also very poor, with few varieties, average taste, and lack of ingredients. For example, bacon is not pure meat, breakfast sausages are also starchy, etc. The coffee is not freshly ground. Is it 5 stars? Probably the worst five-star hotel!

This hotel has a fabulous location, situated in Changshu downtown area and steps away from restaurants and shopping marts. it is also very close to major tourist sites along the Yu Mountain. The hotel has a decent gym, a swimming pool, and a nice inhouse restaurant. The hotel breakfast has many choices and the quality is good too. The whole staff team is very professional and friendly.

In addition to the main building, there are also villas, conference centers, swimming pools, etc. Of course, these are not useful for those who stay for a short time, but they can walk around the hotel’s garden in the morning or evening. Take a leisurely walk in the pond, and you can count about 2000 steps after a walk. The lobby of the hotel is bright and grand, the rooms are relatively spacious, and the bathroom facilities are clean and intact. The comfortable double bed room I stayed in this time can see Yushan from the window, which is very quiet. The breakfast is also very rich. The mushroom oil noodles in the hotel taste good, not at all inferior to the old noodle shop of Xingfu Temple. Changshu is not a big city and there are not too many foreign tourists. Unlike the tourist destination of Hangzhou, I am afraid that there are people everywhere at the moment, but here is a blessed land in the south of the Yangtze River, Yushan is quiet and beautiful, Shanghu Lake is beautiful and picturesque, and there are many enticing delicacies. , Slow life is easy and comfortable, it is worth coming to Changshu often!

Old hotel, but the service is really warm to me, I also count people who have been going out to stay in the hotel, and I saw this small note when I went back to the room! It really feels good! Very close to Lushan! The stew noodles are delicious! Come later! If you can bring pets, it will be more perfect! Our baby does not urinate anywhere! The hotel can consider opening a few pet-friendly rooms, which is more convenient for us to climb the mountain with our puppy to eat noodles!

Hotel location is very good, a few minutes away from the pedestrian street, very close to the impression city, the room is very comfortable. Very quiet at night. The only downside is that I don't know if it is a problem with the exhaust or something; there is always a smell of smoke floating out.

If it returns to normal, the elevator queue on holidays will definitely explode.

I asked them to change the room, as it had some cigarette smell, and they changed it immediately. They also have a large parking lot, which is very convenient.
