H Hotel (Changshu Wanda Plaza)

Fantastic! The hotel's decor is lovely, it's very clean, and the service is excellent. It's conveniently located right across from Wanda Plaza and has a large open-air parking lot, which makes parking super easy.

The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, and also very quiet. Facilities: Very complete and smart. Hygiene: Impeccable, spotless. Environment: Excellent. Directly opposite Wanda Plaza, lively but not noisy. Service: Professional, warm, thoughtful, attentive, and meticulous. They even proactively contacted me when I left something behind. Self-service late-night snack: Absolutely delicious! The freshly prepared chicken noodle soup really hit the spot and was so comforting.

The room was really spacious, more than enough for our family of four. It came with toys, a puzzle, milk, and building blocks, plus a huge projection screen. Wanda Plaza is right across the street, which made dining and shopping super convenient.

The room was clean, the location was great, and they even offered free late-night snacks. Highly recommended!

I had a very satisfying stay. The hotel room was spacious. The location is excellent, right in the Wanda commercial district, with plenty of amenities nearby. It's only 3-4 kilometers from the main attractions. They even offered complimentary late-night snacks, which was a lovely touch. There's ample parking available in the ground-level lot. Check-in at the front desk was quick and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The environment is great, clean and hygienic. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

They even offered a complimentary self-service late-night snack, with chicken noodle soup and sweet soup, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were warm and friendly.
