This hotel has a fabulous location, situated in Changshu downtown area and steps away from restaurants and shopping marts. it is also very close to major tourist sites along the Yu Mountain. The hotel has a decent gym, a swimming pool, and a nice inhouse restaurant. The hotel breakfast has many choices and the quality is good too. The whole staff team is very professional and friendly.

Clean and neat hotel. The staff is attentive and pleasant, some speak English. Large, bright room, comfortable bathroom with heated toilets. Perfect for an express stay.

To me it is mostly difficult to rate the locatiion; I knew before that there is nothing super special around.
My room was as clean as you can clean an old room. The stuff was friendly and helpful.
Overall I think it is too expensive.

Such an amazing place to have a quick get away. We spent the night in the villa which had it's own private heated pool outside. Very private and relaxing. The views of the lake at sunset whilst sipping on cocktails in the executive lounge is exquisite. Staff are very polite and professional.

The good - room was spacious, service was friendly. Bad 1. website advertised pool, spa and gym, none exist or were closed. 2. carpet in the room was stained and looked filthy 3. Breakfast in the restaurant was below average, bacon inedible 4. evening buffet looked horrible chose to go out or order food in from the outside

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the service is very good. The Ctrip butler gave a small gift. The room size is OK, the sound insulation is good, and the mattress is quite comfortable. The bathroom has a bathtub, but no shower room. You have to stand in the bathtub to shower. There is plenty of hot water and the water pressure is relatively high. There is an indoor swimming pool, which the children like very much. There are not many types of breakfast, and you have to wait for a table during peak hours. But the price is cheap, what else do you need a bicycle
