Vienna International Hotel Changshu Haiyu town government store

There's parking available right outside the hotel and downstairs. The surrounding area is very quiet, and the first thing I noticed when I entered the room was how clean it was, with no odd smells in the bathroom. All the electrical appliances and facilities were in perfect working order, and hot water came out instantly. The front desk lady was really enthusiastic and even recommended some great local restaurants. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Overall, it was a great stay. The road downstairs is wide, and the surrounding area isn't noisy. There's also a night market not too far away. The room was spotlessly clean; the bathroom mirror and corners were free of water stains and dust, and the bedding was fresh and tidy. The air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly. The facilities are well-maintained. The front desk service was warm and efficient, and staff were always quick to respond to any issues, making for a worry-free and comfortable experience.

Overall, a great experience! The hotel has a quiet atmosphere, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. All the amenities are there, the mattress is really soft, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful, patiently answering any questions. A very pleasant stay.

The surroundings are really convenient, with plenty of places to eat nearby. The room itself had great natural light, was very clean, and paid attention to small details, with no unpleasant odors. The air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and other facilities worked perfectly. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient, not just going through the motions. For the price, the overall value for money is excellent.

Seriously, this is annoying. Breakfast doesn't start until 7:00 AM, so I missed it. There was no option to get a packed breakfast box either. The front desk staff in the morning was incredibly rude. They completely ignored my questions and when they did answer, their voice was so soft I could barely hear them – they were really stingy with their words. When I asked where the delivery was, they just vaguely gestured in that direction with their head. My colleague eventually couldn't stand it and had to repeat my question louder for me. And the hairdryer... honestly, they could at least spend a few hundred on a decent one, like a Laifen or something.

The service is thoughtful and satisfactory, the environment is also very good, the food is also very good, and the service staff are also very polite

The hygiene is not good. There is still a sock left by the previous guest. The air conditioner is not hot.

Recommended by a friend, cost-effective, good service attitude👍

The Express Hotel is located in the center of the town, next to a shopping mall. The hygiene is good. There are a lot of breakfast items, but they are replenished slowly. The service needs to be further improved.
