The hotel is quite remote. We went there for a resort hotel, but we were a little disappointed. The room was 800 yuan on the seventh night of the ***** New Year. The front desk said that we were upgraded to a garden view room. The room was quite big, but the other facilities were not up to par. See the pictures.

The room is the same as described. However, the river view in the river view room may be under construction. The temperature of the air conditioner in the room seems to be unadjustable, although there is a controller. The insulation of the breakfast food needs to be improved. Except for the freshly cooked food, most of the other meals are cold. The breakfast environment is also cold. The Chinese restaurant is a bit tight during the peak period, and it seems that some guests go to the Western restaurant for dinner. Of course, you can sit at the shared table, and the Western restaurant is next door. There is a QR code in the room to order food. I tried to order Chinese food, but I had to go to the restaurant to eat. I ordered a set meal. I called to say that the noodle soup was changed. The lobby is very generous and quite large. Some of the external environment is still under construction. It says there is a swimming pool, but I only saw an outdoor one that was not open. I don’t know if there is one indoor one, so I didn’t ask. The hotel has 4 flights to the tourist distribution center during the Spring Festival. There is no pick-up, and you need to take a taxi by yourself. It is not easy to take a taxi during the Spring Festival, and the streets near the scenic spots are congested. It is also said that there is no pick-up service during the Spring Festival. The overall area is large. Except for the main part, everything else is being improved. There is a trail in the river view, but it is not accessible halfway. It takes about half an hour to return. A good thing about the hotel is that you can check out at 14:00, and you don't have to apply for it. It seems that there are also half-day rooms, which is very friendly to our casual travel. The waiter is very enthusiastic and will not be impatient because of the busy Spring Festival. Although he forgot our reservation, it is understandable during the special period, and it is an extra thing. Especially the waiters in the restaurant, maybe there are not enough staff during the Spring Festival. Some tables after breakfast have not been cleaned up in time. Talk to the eldest sister, and clean up again immediately after finishing the meal work at hand. Although it is her job, she is so busy and orderly, and handles the work with a stable mood, which is really good. I didn't pay much attention to other things. There are shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hair conditioner, hand soap, disposable slippers in the room, etc. in the bathroom. . .

One of the few resort hotels in Changting, the surrounding environment is quiet, the lobby is grand, the front desk service is better in the morning than in the night, the guest room corridor is spacious, the room space is large, and the decoration style is simple and comfortable. The hotel breakfast restaurant is decorated uniquely, all with mahogany furniture, the breakfast dishes are exquisite and rich, the waiters are proactive, the noodle stall sister is good, and all kinds of boiled noodles and pork kidney soup are great👍. It can be improved: the atmosphere of the resort hotel is not enough, the interior decoration is more business style, the staff service is not stable enough, and the design of some areas of the hotel is not professional enough. It may be a weekday stay, it seems relatively deserted. The bathroom is placed with "disinfected, please feel free to use". It is an outdated practice of very early hotels and is not necessary.

We booked a 40-square-meter twin room, which was quite comfortable. The hotel is less than a ten-minute drive from the ancient city. You can order a car at the front desk for free pick-up and drop-off. The service was very considerate and the breakfast was rich. The pickled pork kidneys, mixed noodles and dumplings were all delicious. They also gave us souvenirs before we left, which was very heartwarming.
