The room view was fantastic! During the day, you could see the tower and the river, and at night, the lights made the atmosphere even better ✨. Parking was convenient with a spacious underground garage. The service was also great, making the overall check-in experience very smooth. I'd definitely consider staying here again! 👍👍

Hygiene: As soon as I entered the room, there was a strange smell, and my heart sank when I saw large stains on the sofa. The bathroom and everything else weren't clean either; there was even a dried insect corpse wrapped in a bath towel 🤮. Facilities: The facilities are old and don't look like they belong to a hotel built only 3 years ago 😓. The underground parking garage signage is unclear, making parking inconvenient. Service: We were told by phone that a butler would be assigned to us, but no staff member ever contacted us, even upon departure. Hours after checking out, they even called to ask if we had checked out. The management is chaotic. Environment: We booked a room with a view, and the spot for watching fireworks was quite good.

Terrible experience, highly not recommended. Accommodation: The environment was very mediocre. The room size, layout, and overall ambiance were comparable to a budget hotel. The soundproofing was awful; I could clearly hear people walking outside my door, and footsteps and suitcase dragging from upstairs were incredibly distinct. The music festival at Taihu Ancient Town outside the window was extremely loud, blaring until 10 PM. Even with the balcony door closed, it was no use! Service: It was practically non-existent. On Saturday at 12:30 PM, checking in required queuing for about 20 minutes. After getting to my room, I called to request a bed rail. It took three tries to get through, only to be told they didn't have any. I purchased a package that included a circus show and wanted to book the Saturday slot, but was told it was full. However, when I checked the official circus platform myself, it wasn't full at all and was completely available to book. I'm not sure if there were any restrictions, which was confusing. Details: It was very crowded, especially on the weekend. In the mornings, there was a queue just to get into the breakfast restaurant, and another queue for food. The breakfast itself was just okay. Summary: Personally, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. For the same price, there are so many better options. The only good thing was the fireworks at the ancient town, which were great and visible from the room (though you have to pay over 100 RMB extra for a room type with that view; basic rooms only overlook the mountain). If you just want to see the fireworks, you can simply go to the big lawn downstairs – no need to insist on staying at this hotel.

The front desk staff really needs more training. Extending my stay was a mess; they made me go down to reactivate my key card on the second day. The room number on the key card holder was also wrong – it said Dalian district when my room was in Ningbo district, which took me ages to find! (On the positive side: I booked a 3-day, 2-night stay with 3 breakfasts, and since there were four of us, they gave us an extra breakfast for the first day, which was nice!) I asked for a room with a view of the ancient town's fireworks, and the staff just flat out said no without even checking. The room facilities are too basic and don't match the grand exterior of the building. There was only one nightstand, which was really inconvenient! When I first walked into the room, there was a strange smell, but credit to them, after I reported it, staff promptly brought an air purifier. While it didn't do much, they did try to fix the issue within their capabilities. The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. When I asked to switch rooms, the front desk told me, 'The rooms to your left, right, and opposite are all checking out today!' Basically, they were relying on external factors to solve the problem, even though I wasn't checking out! So I just had to put up with another noisy night. My overall experience was not good.

The service was great! A day before arrival, the butler added me on WeChat and helped me reserve a room with a better view. They even gave a small gift for the baby, which was a lovely touch. Calls to the front desk were always answered promptly. The Ruifeng Hotel is really close to the Performance City, so if you're planning to visit there, the location is excellent and within walking distance. However, the cleanliness was really disappointing. There were a lot of hairs on the floor, and one of the bath towels was dirty with grease stains.

The room is spacious and bright, with a balcony and a truly great view. You can pretty much see the entire ancient town, and the fireworks are perfectly visible. They can also provide a bed rail if you're traveling with kids. It would probably be even better value for money during off-peak times.

The day before check-in, a butler contacted us with reminders and information on various matters, including local dining and entertainment options. The family room was perfect for a family of four, and the kids loved sleeping on the top bunk. It's a shame we didn't get to see the fireworks from the room, but the angle was good. There are four tigers on the first floor, so there's no need to go to a zoo to see them. Breakfast was decent; despite the large crowd, everything was well-organized. A satisfying spring break trip!

Overall, it was clean and comfortable, and we had a dedicated butler who provided excellent service. They gave us useful tips and guides for our outings, which came in handy. It was my child's birthday during our stay, and the butler even specially gifted them a doll and various small presents 🎁 – we're so grateful! 🥹 The hotel is very close to the performing arts complex, just a 5-minute walk away. This was great because we could easily go back to rest if we got tired and then re-enter. Other attractions were only a 3-minute taxi ride away. There's also a free循环 shuttle bus and electric scooters available for rent right outside the hotel, which can get you to places in about 7-8 minutes.

The hotel is quite large, and even before the Chinese New Year, the occupancy rate was already pretty high. Although there weren't too many people when we checked in, we still had to queue for a while. Many guests book 'scenic spot + hotel' packages, so a lot of people, including us, were asking about attractions and tickets. The staff were all very patient and helpful in answering our questions, which was great. The ancient town is right across the street, and you can even see fireworks from the room. Unfortunately, we had tickets to the grand circus that night and missed them. Next time, we'll definitely plan to stay an extra day.
