The rooms are new, odor-free, and very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic, with dry noodles and a wide variety of other dishes. The lunch menu at the restaurant was also good, with great deals on group-buying options and high-quality food. The gym and children's area were also great. The hotel has electric vehicle charging stations—two fast chargers and ten slow chargers—but the electricity cost is only 1.2 yuan per kilowatt-hour throughout the day. The facilities are excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!!"

"The hotel is next to the ancient town of Taihu Lake. The escalator can directly reach the entrance of the ancient town. It is quiet in the bustling city, more like an outdoor paradise. It is predicted that the entire resort will be very busy during the May Day holiday. Before the trip, I was also worried that choosing the peak holiday would cause inconvenience to the baby and the elders, but the hotel is a different kind of scenery. Not only is there no noisy unpleasantness, but there is no tension of inadequate service. Special thanks to Xiao Ding, the housekeeper, for meeting all the needs of our family and really responding to us at any time. The hotel has complete hardware facilities, and the children can feed black swans and deer in the hotel, which is more fun than in the zoo. The hotel has covered the tickets for the big circus and the zoo for us, as well as the round-trip shuttle bus tickets, which are really considerate and meticulous, and very cost-effective. The hotel staff are very friendly, answering questions, and humorous. Thank you for making us have an unforgettable May Day trip!"

"The package of xc Shangtun is very cost-effective. The environment is really nothing to say, the green plants/lawns are well maintained. The hotel waiter is also always online, and any demand group will reply immediately, especially the front desk Xiaoyan, warm and active. The restaurant waiter is also very good, and they help us arrange the meal. The children are very happy, feeding the small animals, visiting the orchard, and cycling. The big friends lawn afternoon tea, chat, and play mahjong, all said that they can brush 👍 if they have the opportunity, come back in autumn."

"It's a great place for a relaxing vacation, but it can get quite humid on rainy days due to its mountain location, and the cabins can smell a bit musty. A sunny day would be much better. The white noise is quite pleasant. I stayed in a twin cabin in one area. You can use an app to call a taxi or open the door, which is quite convenient. The room facilities are a bit old, especially the bathroom. I didn't quite understand the sink design; it was inconvenient to wash hands. If it were a countertop basin, the faucet should be a little higher; the current height is rather uncomfortable. Because it was summer, it was quite crowded on the weekend. The breakfast restaurant was packed around 9 am, and the service was slow; you had to find your own seat. For a "five-star hotel," the seating was really disappointing. The breakfast was rather average. Because it's in the mountains, the air quality and overall comfort are quite good. There are farmhouses nearby, and the walking paths inside the hotel are quite pleasant. It's a great place to unwind. If you booked a room with vouchers, the price is reasonable. However, for a regular room, the price is a bit high."

It's the top choice for a short getaway in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region. I will definitely be back."

"As soon as I entered the manor, I felt another space. It is a homestay with pursuit and warmth. It is the absolute first choice for those who like quiet and private enjoyment. I stayed for two nights and it rained all day. I read books, listened to music and the sound of rain in the room. I got rid of the previous fatigue and completely completed a recharge. I felt that my whole body was creating positive cells. Let me talk about a few more features: 1. The restaurant is delicious. I experienced breakfast and dinner. The Chinese food prepared by the chef with fresh ingredients of the day was very good. The children at home were very happy. 2. The housekeeper and staff are very friendly and warm. They also helped us arrange a VIP boat tour to the manor in the wetland park on the other side. 3. The room is very large. Those who like wooden pastoral style will definitely enjoy it. It has the comfort of home, and the various facilities are of high standards and very online. A family of three stayed in the room for a whole day and felt that it was not enough. Anyway, I felt that there was nothing comparable to this place when I experienced it at the first stop of this trip. The experience far exceeded all kinds of five-star hotels. I hope I will have the opportunity to experience it in different seasons in the future."
