Outstanding front operation service provided and most importantly their hospitality were top notch. In addition to this, complementary breakfast and evening snacks has given in time which were delicious. On top of that, room amenities were elegant and nicely decorated. Apart from this they have breathtaking views at the balcony which I thoroughly enjoyed. Last but not least, it would be nicer if they would have provided air fresheners at room; however, that wasn’t the major issue. Completely recommend.

There are two kinds of latex pillows that can be used. The swimming pool is also very large. It is quiet. After using the shampoo, my hair is very smooth. You can also apply to visit the Jiuyuan Garden which is not open to the public, and there will be a free simple explanation. It is recommended to go at night, the lights are very beautiful 6. The front desk gave many small gifts to the children. My daughter asked for one after another, but the hotel did not refuse to give it, and gave one after another Let's talk about the areas that can be improved 1. The hygiene and equipment maintenance of the children's playground can be strengthened, because I was free (included in the room rate), but I would feel that it is not worth it to spend 168 at my own expense 2. The massage pool was not started that night. Since this equipment is configured, why not start it? The outside of the hotel is grand and comfortable. The room is very spacious and the facilities are new. It is comfortable to stay. The only drawback is that the breakfast variety is a little lacking. Another thing: I asked the front desk clerk (an older man) for two bottles of mineral water. He actually told me that it was stipulated by the hotel and generally not given. Talk openly and secretly with the tenants about the rules. Good value for money. Clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Didn’t get the breakfast because there are at least 3 or so coffee shops in the mall in the same complex, including Starbucks. Friendly staff that speaks English. A rarity still in many places in China. Overall recommend to stay in this new hotel.

However, the lobby manager sent a heater at night and turned it on to keep warm all night. The next day, I was given a free late check-out until 14:00. It is very user-friendly.
