Always love to stay here with my husband when we go to Changzhou North. I tried to explore and stay in other hotels, but always come back here. It has everything I need and want. It is also new and fancy and beautiful. I don’t feel like I’m wasting money, I feel like it’s worth it.

Entering the hotel is like entering a dinosaur park. The reception is warm. The decoration is beautiful. The breakfast is rich and awesome. The room is well-equipped and the air conditioning is awesome. It is very warm in winter.

All good , but in winter , the thermostat fixed at 25C ( it says) but in actual it’s little hot , may be little uncomfortable and hard to get sleep, difficult to change the settings ( also settings can be changed in the room , there will not be real effect ) , need to go to front desk to check and it is not so easy to convince them to change . Apart from that , everything is 1st class .

I drove here with my family. When I arrived at night, I was shocked by the appearance of the hotel. The lights were bright and the Christmas tree was already decorated. It looked very nice. The overall decoration of the hotel was also very high-end. Sheraton is a hotel I have always liked. The day before check-in, the housekeeper Miss Zoe contacted me if I had any check-in needs. It was very considerate and helped me upgrade the room. It was great! This trip was very pleasant and the check-in experience was also very good!

Upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly. Although this is my first time in China and I was unsure of check-in procedure, they quickly got me through check-in and made me feel quite relaxed almost immediately. During my stay, I ordered room service nearly every evening and although I speak no Chinese, the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure that they were receiving my order correctly. The view from the rooms is incredible and the service at the hotel has been great. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Changzhou for business or pleasure that you stay at the Marriot Hotel in Xinbei district. It is also very centrally located with easy access to entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants and the light rail stations to travel to other cities in China. Additionally, the restaurants, pool, outdoor basketball court, coffee shop, and other services in the hotel make it a convenient place to stay if it is your first time in China or Changzhou as it is mine. For work related reasons my trip in Changzhou was extended and I have enjoyed my stay at the Marriot hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay here and upgrade my room to include the executive lounge (totally worth it if you stay here, it's like having access to an Emirates level lounge with a view every day). In summary, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, and the services provided make your stay very convenient! I highly recommend staying at the Changzhou Marriot in Xinbei District during your time here!

Everything at this hotel was well done. From the greeting at the front desk, to the clean rooms and the amazing breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was so ideal for my trip in that it was not far away to the train station and even for nice walk and other activities.
