I almost died from the heat in Changzhou in April. A hotel that costs more than 600 yuan a night doesn't even have an air conditioner. The air conditioner only has heating and ventilation modes, and the ventilation is also hot air. It's so hot at night with children that I can't fall asleep until around 12 o'clock! The water in the bathroom sink sink was as slow as a snail, and there was a smell in the aisle outside! This is the worst hotel experience I have ever stayed in and I will not choose it again.

I came back from the Dinosaur Park in the evening and planned to order a takeaway. I informed the staff in advance whether it could be delivered to the room. The staff said that a robot would deliver it. I ordered takeout from Global Harbor, and it only took less than ten minutes from the time the meal was delivered to the hotel lobby. Just for money, not service. The 599-night hotel price in Changzhou is not cheap, but I got the service of a fast hotel. Twenty minutes after the second call was made, the takeaway had arrived in the hotel lobby. At this time, a man said, "I will deliver it to you personally. Do you have to serve customers personally and put on an official air?" And when the room was delivered to the room that night, there was no word of apology. Even if there was only one word of apology, I would not complain or leave a bad review. The next day, I thought I would be given an explanation when I checked out, but there was nothing, not even a word of apology. They all work in the service industry. Is this necessary? Is the gap so big? We say sorry and thank you every day. This is what this Ctrip Five Diamond Priority Club hotel does. You can’t eat takeout either. Although Ctrip has given me a perfect response to my complaint, no hotel staff has given me any explanation so far. I am very disappointed with my trip to Changzhou. A good hotel represents a city. If you are looking for service, don't spend so much money to book this hotel. Other hotels in the same price range will be much better than this one, at least this won't happen.

這次臨時出差常州，在環球港郵輪住了一晚，還是非常推薦的[強] 酒店跟環球港商場相連，住酒店的同時還能很便捷的到達商場，有點像上海環球港凱悦的感覺！停車也方便，停車位很多，住在酒店免費停車！早餐供應的東西品種多，新鮮，推薦！ 另外前台服務很好的，特別是辦入住的時候還有退房的時候，服務態度都不錯！

公司出差常州，這裏離單位比較近，環境也很好，出差非常推薦郵輪酒店。 前台小妹服務態度很好，也有微笑服務，上次住的時候也升級了房間，體驗不錯。flora經理特意問了一下我們的意見和建議，非常注重客户的入住感受。 房間很大，住3個人完全沒問題，非常乾淨明亮，隔壁就是環球港，吃飯也很方便的！

沒想到這個級別的酒店，會是這樣的體驗感覺，無語，週六的常州，熱的要死，外面都很多人穿短袖短褲了，去了酒店大堂，就感覺一股暖意，那時候沒覺得，覺得也許是自己走路的原因，辦理入住，房間黴味還挺重，打開空調，**，衹有制熱模式？？？温度還不可調？？？？！！！那直接在房間裏面給空調面板衹保留開關按鈕好了唄，還整啥温度調節按鍵啊。打電話問前台，前台接待説，這是中央空調，現在衹有制熱模式😱，離離原上譜。。。晚上快十二點了都沒睡着，實在不行了，打了前台電話，前台過一會送了個風扇過來，風扇的開關旋鈕都掉了，哎，一言難盡。開風扇麼，，聲音大，不開呢，又熱，絕了，果然網友誠不欺我，酒店預訂不能衹看星級，重點還是看裝修時間
