A quaint boutique hotel in the heart of the old city of Chania. A great location if you want to explore the old city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we had was on the ground floor and opened onto their beautiful, small courtyard. They don’t serve meals but that was fine with us because we wanted to explore all the little shops, restaurants and coffee shops in the old town.

Lovely little hotel in a central but very quiet street. The room was spacious, super-clean and comfortable. We were well looked after by the three ladies who ran the hotel. No breakfast but lots of nice places for a relaxed breakfast nearby. Everything was perfect really!

The location is great (in the old town, but down a quiet street) and my room spacious and clean. The staff was amazingly helpful (namely Katarina and Maria). My plane did not land into Chania until after midnight, and they arranged for a taxi to pick me up and for me to get into my room that late (the hotel's desk was closed at that time). They later printed out a bus schedule for me/ helped me get a bus to Heraklion. They also worked with *********** to change the dates of my stay, which took a lot of stress off! They gave me a great recommendation for breakfast too. Would stay again.

Perfectly located, with the harbour and a huge choice of restaurants within minutes. A quiet street with excellent sound proofing. We had such long lie ins because there was no light or noise in the room. Comfy bed and finished to a high standard. The hotel were generous enough to leave us a bottle of local wine midday through our stay. The highlight however was the excellent service we received from Katarina (apologies if I have spelt this wrong) at the front desk. She took the time at check in to give us a vast number of local recommendations, many of which we followed and were delighted by. She was friendly and welcoming each time we saw her during our stay. A lovely place for a coastal city break and excellent value - highly recommend.

The staff was extremely friendly and provided us with maps, suggestions for restaurants, beaches and day trips not only in the Chania area but also in other regions we were planning to visit during our holiday. The room was very spacious. There was a coffee machine and plenty of coffee pods. There was also a mini fridge with bottled still and sparkling water. Good sized bathroom and there were no issues with the water temperature or pressure. The wifi worked very well. Parking nearby is a challenge in the summer months and requires a bit of pre-planning (and luck). There is no lift and carrying heavy luggage up 2 flights of (spiral) stairs is not ideal but the staff were incredibly helpful with this as well. We have visited Chania multiple times in the last couple of years and Sette Venti was probably the best hotel we stayed at.

Great place to stay. Lovely, helpful people who run this hotel. Super tidy and clean. Wonderful location. So close to the centre of the old town yet very quiet and peaceful. The owners provide great advice on where to go and what to see. Nice peaceful courtyard also.

Our first time in Crete and this hotel was perfect,location you are just minutes away from the harbour which is full of different coffee shops and eateries ,rooms spotlessly clean,and nothing was ever to much trouble to the ladies who own it,thankyou very much for looking after us 😊

Nice boutique hotel within walking distance to everything in old town Chania. Our room was spacious and looked recently remodeled. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Perfect family run hotel in the old part of town down a lovely quiet tiny street. The staff were so incredibly helpful and lovely to chat to. Room was great and comfortable. Close to everything but without the noise. Thoroughly recommend!
