Location is great. Check in was confusing as no one was on site and there were no instructions provided. Our room had an uncovered glass door facing the bed so privacy was an issue and light came in 24/7. Stairways, up to and within, the multi-level room are steep with no hand rail. Bed was fine, though the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The enclosed shower was a pleasure. Has potential for excellence with a bit of work.

We stayed in the ground floor apartment and had a wonderful time. The location is excellent - right in the heart of Chania Old Town on a charming street but a bit away from the biggest crowds of the area . Our host was so attentive and helpful. The room was spotless and cleaned almost daily. AC worked really well and there was good wifi. Would highly recommend!

Suite is really nicely renovated, better than the pics show. Overlooking a charming street filled with restaurants and shops. Walkable to Venetian Harbour.

Perfect location, in the center of Chania. Great access to local shops, restaurants and tavernas. The room was very big, very comfy bed, with everything that you need and a lovely balcony too . great WiFi. The room was spotless. Everyday cleaning service. Free parking nearby I would heartily recommend this hotel to friends and family and would happily return to stay in the future.

This was the most loveliest placeI have stayed. Spotless,charming, stylish contemporary decor. super Bathroom, delightful balcony on upmarket street in old port area. Gorgeous cafe right next door. I just loved it. I stayed upstairs and I experienced no noise at all. Great sleep in comfortable bed with lovely linens. Felt extremely safe as older solo traveller. I will be back. The hosts are lovely accommodating people. Thank you. Ann
