The breakfast was plentiful, the room had a great view, and you could see large ships coming and going. The 24-hour front desk was also very helpful. It was just a pity that the coffee capsules could not be refilled.

The hotel has a great location. It's very close to the port of Chania, just a few minutes' walk from the overnight ferry from Piraeus in Athens. To get to Chania city center/bus station, take bus 13 for about 20 minutes. The hotel staff were very friendly; the receptionist even gave us detailed directions to Balos on the day we were going. The hotel breakfast was also delicious and plentiful; the orange juice was freshly squeezed from fresh oranges, and the peaches were also very tasty.

It was a great hotel. Great staff. And even though the location wasn't exactly central, a bus stopped right in front of the hotel! That was great :)). The staff was so friendly and gave great tips on what to do!

Breakfast was ok but limited . Only the first day was offered a bottle of water and 4 pods of coffee for the coffee machine . Stuff was friendly . Housekeeping was good as well.

We stayed for 1 night but it was perfect, rooms very high end with lots of amenities. We had lunch the next day and the food was outstanding as was the service. Highly recommend and we will be back for sure next time we visit

The lounge offered a very culturally diverse breakfast bar or you could order from the breakfast menu as part of the included breakfast. The staff was out of their way helpful, and they are able to help with booking a car or other excursions on the island of Crete. They responded to all of our requests with grace, kindness and over the top accommodation. It is just outside of Chania city so quieter with big city comforts.

Honestly this hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff friendly very polite and explainable. Material was amazing though-out the whole experience. She explained how to get and come back with bus. 10/10 I recommend it.
