This is the worst hotel in Greece from Athens all the way to Heraklion in Crete to Chania. If you were in a three-star hotel for 1,000 a night, I would think you were pretty good, but if you said that you were in a five-star hotel for 2,400 a night, I would find it ridiculous. It was already noon when we arrived in Chania. I was really looking forward to checking into the most expensive hotel on this trip. The room picture looked directly at the sea. I thought it would be no worse than the last hotel. It feels bad to be close to the hotel. The hotel is located in a very crowded residential building close to the coastline, and there is a residential building squeezed between it and the coastline. Picture 1 shows someone else's real sea view B&B blocked in front of the hotel. After checking in at the front desk, a middle-aged woman came to greet me. I won’t post pictures. She was the worst person in the whole process. Seeing that the guest was not arranging for me to check in as soon as possible after traveling so hard, he verbally explained the terms to me. If my English was particularly poor, I would be very anxious. When I checked into the room and saw the window view in Figure 1, I was immediately dumbfounded. There was no bathtub in the room. In the spacious Home Inn, any local red wine and fruit plate you give is just a small favor. No guest staying in a five-star hotel comes to you for a small gift. The poor hardware conditions of the hotel are the shortest shortcoming. Then there was the long negotiation in English. I was probably angry for wasting my time and spoke a little too fast. The front desk still couldn't understand many words... Then thanks to Ctrip's fairy customer service, the room was quickly processed remotely. After changing it twice, it was very, very average. , did I come all the way to Crete to see other people’s solar energy? Am I here to see the dry streets of a third-tier town? This female front desk girl even opened the door and was embarrassed. With all due respect, the hardware of a three-star hotel is the service of a Motel. The B&Bs in the front row are extremely friendly. When we went to the beach, they asked us if we wanted to drink mineral water. If you want to make money, you must have such an attitude. After dinner in the afternoon, the hotel manager came out to apologize and said a lot of nonsense. Finally, he said that we would eat all the food in the hotel for free. For a group of Chinese guests (the ceiling of world cuisine), this is really not very attractive, and it is not very attractive. Dare to eat random handmade food in a place like this. The hardware facilities of a five-star hotel require that the per capita greening and entertainment area must meet the standard, and any needs of guests must be met as much as possible. How can a seaside farmhouse dare to say that it is a five-star hotel? The breakfast was okay, the presentation was nice but the taste was average. A group of old British couples at the next table kept saying it was unpalatable. They also complained to the chef when we left. Because the chef had a very nice attitude, we left without saying a word after finishing the meal. What. In short, this hotel has nothing to do with five-star status. It is not recommended if you are driving by yourself. It is located in a small alley. BTW, the highest point of the hotel is a heated pool, gym and rooftop restaurant. I went to every corner of the fifth floor of this building, and there was no angle to enjoy the perfect sea view. They were all looking at the solar energy of the adjacent B&B. If you have a building height limit, why not negotiate with them to lower the solar energy? After all, you claim to have a sea view house, right? ! The sunset was originally beautiful, and I worked hard to capture the setting sun in the gap. Ctrip's overseas service is perfect. This hotel is really not worthy. Chania is beautiful. I will come again. This hotel is my best bet.

No matter the room size, facilities or hotel service, they are all excellent

This stay in this hotel was extremely disappointing. We had expected a comfortable stay and booked three rooms for this purpose. However, from the first day of our stay, problems began to arise. First, the problem of the shower water was unbearable. We reported to the front desk that the shower water was very cold and not hot at all, but the response we received was just a casual "we will check it out". However, when we returned to the room that night, we found that the balcony door was not locked. We lived in a room on the second floor, and the balcony door was not locked, which made us extremely worried about the hotel's safety management. In addition, there were only sheets in the three rooms, but no quilts. We called the front desk and got the reply that the quilt was in the closet. We opened it and found that the quilt was a single quilt, which was not suitable for a king-size bed room. The towels in the room were also very dirty, which was obviously a serious neglect of hygiene standards. The next day, someone in the group had a fever, so we decided to communicate with the hotel for a refund. The front desk promised us that we would refund the room fee when we left, so we left with peace of mind. However, when Ctrip submitted a refund application, we were told that the hotel rejected the refund application and could only postpone the room to a later date. This kind of inconsistent behavior makes us seriously question the integrity of this hotel. In short, we strongly recommend other travelers to avoid this hotel when choosing accommodation to avoid similar bad experiences.
