The service was extremely poor, with absolutely no staff training and a complete lack of warmth (fake smiles). Overall, it didn't live up to the rating I saw when booking, and I was very disappointed. I waited a long time to check in after arriving at the hotel; the wake-up call service wasn't recorded (I requested it twice in advance to catch an early flight), and the front desk said they had no record of it; I was in a rush and couldn't sit down for breakfast, so I had to ask a staff member if I could bring coffee and a piece of bread, and they said no; upon check-in, I discovered the safe wasn't working, and they said someone would come to fix it, but no one did. I was so hungry that I went out to eat and then went back to fix it myself. In short, the staff was insufficient and unprofessional.

The rooms are beautifully decorated in a modern yet warm style, impeccably clean, and spotlessly maintained. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always happy to answer any questions. The hotel is in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from Chania's old town, with numerous restaurants and a wide variety of dining options nearby. The hotel is also conveniently located near a bus stop, offering easy access to other towns in Crete and the airport.

Impeccable service and facilities. We arrived late and booked the cheapest room. We told the front desk staff that we wanted quiet and they upgraded us for free. We couldn't finish the red wine we bought to help us sleep, so we used the wine glasses at the bar and invited everyone to share. The bar staff said that we couldn't drink at work, but gave us a nut plate. Then, during the chat, they found that my wine was sweet, so they gave me a dry one to try. The security guard was very gentlemanly and took the initiative to help with the luggage, and let you go in and out of the elevator first. The front desk took note of the time you requested to be woken up and the time the taxi arrived, and took the initiative to inform you that they would prepare a breakfast box for you (because you left too early and didn't arrive at the restaurant for breakfast), two sandwiches (I gave one to the taxi driver), a bottle of water (I gave one to the taxi driver), a drink, an apple and a nut bar, which are rich in nutrition. There are not only coffee machines and tea bags in the room, but also disposable slippers. There is also a Xiaomi scale. What's more, there is a small dessert with a bow in an exquisite package. Luxurious and warm, highly recommended

The location is great, the hotel facilities are good, and the breakfast is also good

The location of the hotel is definitely very good and a plus point. We were greeted in a friendly manner and the lady at the bar gave us a welcome drink. The hotel looks quite high-quality at the entrance and you feel like you're in good hands. I would say it's not 5-star level, but around 3.5-4 absolutely. The room we were given unfortunately had no windows (the description said there was one). No problem for us. Our biggest criticism is that there was no door in the shower because it had been removed. So you couldn't shower properly without water spraying outside. When we told reception, they just said "we didn't know" and preferred to answer the ringing phone and leave the guest standing there. Who would know if not the hotel, so unfortunately it's far from 5-star service. We expected a small apology and that the problem would be taken care of. I think it's a real shame that you pay so much money and then get a room that doesn't meet the standard and isn't really at the level you want it to be given to guests. Luckily we only spent one day here and had previously spent the week in a real 5-star hotel. I can really only give this hotel 3/5 stars overall.

Very good hotel, facilities, services are in place, the bathroom is particularly good, the shower is very comfortable, on the extension of the main street of the town, separated from the bustling line, also very close to the bus terminal, in short, very good. If I have to say a shortcoming, it is that the indoor intelligent lighting system should be given a manual, for me it is a bit out of control.
