Rooms can vary with amenities, stayed here twice and some rooms have fridges and some don’t.. some have working electricity on all lights and some doesn’t like the one I stayed in.. also the staff can be missing for a while and you can be waiting for some time at the front desk..

Super run down to the point feels a bit like a dump. However, heat works well and it doesn't stink. Faucet leaked and management had to be asked twice. Location is very convenient in Chantilly VA, right off rt 28 which will take you to IAD. At the same time it's quiet. I'd stay only if you're on a strict budget.

Front desk can sometimes not be there at all… good location and room though

You get what you pay for is so true. When I arrived, they charged me 10 dollars per night for my kitten even though they quoted me 25 over the phone. Later I found out that it’s 25 per week and the front desk person told me that they were giving me a “deal”. The kitchen didn’t have any dishes at all so I had to go buy my own.

Hotel fine. Trip.com is a Predatorily scam that takes people hard earn money and does not give any room to modify their bookings even in mistake. Avoid this website at all costs.

The front desk staff are extremely nice and made sure that I had everything that I needed and all the information necessary for my stay. They even gave me great directions on how to find my room. All in all a great experience.

We booked online through Priceline. And when we got there we checked in and went to our room, the room was no the one we booked so I asked for a refund and the front desk said yes. So the front desk told me that “tomorrow when the manager is here they will give you your full refund”. So I called the hotel the next day and the front desk literally hung up on my face so I got scammed. TERRIBLE SERIVE. SCAMMED ME!!! 👎👎👎 if the manager would like to contact me @*************************
