The hotel was in good location Good service But need more staff on front desk to help And the elevator was very slow to respond

The hotel is very clean and there customer service is above and beyond they contacted my phone to ask if I needed anything there amenities are amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a get away or someone looking to treat there partner to a night out ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We checked in due to our home being flooded. We originally had every intention to stay the whole week. However, upon check in they didn’t mention the building had water heater issue until we called downstate around 8 pm. It would have been a courtesy to inform

Room was pretty clean but when I used the sink it started to leak from the attachment from the counter. I had to put a towel around it so it would get the stuff on the counter wet.

The staff at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! Having a bit of an unexpected emergency the kind lady at the desk was able to help me with lady products. Her discretion and kindness was much appreciated.

It's the staff that makes a difference. From the people working in the restaurant who were super friendly and nice and had candid conversations with them to the ladies at the front desk last night and the guy at the front desk this morning super helpful try to leave my room clean and with a tip.
