酒店服務很好，人員都很熱情，從我進大門開始就主動上前幫我拿行李，指引我到前台辦理入住時候給我倒茶水和濕巾，酒店前台還幫我免費升級到豪華樓層房間，特別感謝，工作人員孫佳秀還幫我拿行李送我至電梯口，還幫我按電梯把行李箱放進電梯裏，幫我按好樓層，很注重細節，服務很是到位！酒店環境整潔，房間佈局堪稱完美，讓人無比舒心。還提前放好了水牛奶和水果，給我營造了一種家的感覺，無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，價格也很合理，很是喜歡…
這酒店讓在外的人，感受到歸家的感覺：這裏的早餐也很是豐富，很好吃，現做的很是有趣，這裡有温馨如家的環境，還有那周到齊全的全天候服務，絕對五星級別的酒店！值得推薦！

設施：酒店設施很齊全，用起來也很方便，洗浴水很大很舒服。浴室下水挺快，洗臉盆下水很慢導致用水時積水就很噁心🤢房間的燈光有點暗感覺總有點怪怪的。
衞生：總體來説衞生還是比較乾淨的，毛巾浴巾乾淨柔軟。有的細節之處還需進一步完善。
環境：酒店停車場很大停車非常方便，適合自駕旅遊。周邊環境優美，整體建築及大堂走廊都很氣派漂亮。周邊購物和吃飯的地方很少，酒店內有餐廳，吃飯也是很方便的。
服務：工作人員服務都非常細緻熱情周到，點餐很快能送到房間，還附送水果牛奶，非常感謝。

巢湖遠洲豪庭大酒店豪華大氣，周邊綠化很好。在酒店遇到的每一位服務員都很熱情的打招呼，尤其是大堂的美女小陳，見到我們年齡大，耐心的囑咐各種事項，主動幫忙搬運行李，讓人感覺很親切。房間寬敞乾淨，視野開闊。早飯品種也很豐富，還有印度飛餅很好吃。

過年回家入住了遠洲豪廷大酒店，酒店正值新年，工作人員熱情問好 ，辦入住的時候還送了玩偶娃娃，前台小孫還幫忙升級了房型。房間乾淨整潔，明亮衞生，隔音效果很好，整晚沒有噪音。早餐也是豐盛多樣，下次還會再來！

服務超出很多好幾顆星的星級酒店，免費小朋友洗漱用品，送了小朋友玩具，自助餐還有印度飛餅。。。超出預期比較多，五星推薦。

酒店位置很好，離高鐵站很近，交通很方便，出差來這裏很近。酒店服務很好，大堂小姜工作熱情，服務很周到，一進門就有禮賓將我們行李帶到前台，前台辦理入住很迅速，隨後小姜將我們的行李送到房間，還準備了免費的晚安粥送給我們。房間面積很大，衞生乾淨，設施齊全。第二天的早餐也很豐盛，味道很好，種類很多，工作人員還會主動幫我們端菜。周邊環境很好，安靜清新。下次出差還來這家。
