一次非常滿意的體驗，酒店的設施雖然有點老舊，但是非常乾淨，前台美女非常熱情，業務熟練一直面帶微笑，態度很好。迎賓員小夥子也非常主動熱情，服務貼心，周到。保健人員態度也非常好，服務周到。早飯很豐富，中、西餐都有，品種較多，味道也很好，晚上還送來了夜宵。總之非常滿意，下次來朝陽還會住這裏。

去承德，借該酒店歇歇腳，入住後兩點還覺被騙。1、價格忽高忽低有變動2、早上帶着房卡去吃飯，不知道把房卡弄丟了，要求賠償50元，感覺不合理，因為我沒有出賓館大門，長者是給忘了放在哪裡，服務員是否有給查找。扣除50元確實是太多了，不好～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～

缺點，
衞生房間裏有一個空的礦泉水瓶，在床頭傍邊，沒有打掃乾淨，房間裏味道不是很好聞，廁所有點反味道
外賣衹給送到前台，不太方便。打碎了一個杯子蓋，理賠了30元，但是打碎是因為房間佈局不合理，書桌一起和茶几緊緊靠在一起，我需要準時開視頻會議，要想推出椅子，就得移動，況且地上有地毯，不知道為何被子蓋還會碎
優點
交通便利，給送了小零食，一根香蕉幾個小柿子，一個小麪包，一杯酸奶，很不錯
