房東小姐姐很貼心，因為有提前溝通，會給我們做好攻略遊玩和美食，讓我避雷了很多，還非常貼心地安利我們最好租電動車，這樣方便。別説真的，還送了一個小風扇，這簡直也太好了。別説這字真好看嘿嘿，字這麼好看人肯定也好看，可惜沒看到小姐姐本人。房間很乾凈，怎麼説呢，我本人是皮膚比較敏感的，衹要不乾淨的被子啥的，我就會全身癢，但是我在這裏一點都不會，可以説明房間被打掃得很乾凈。

服務態度：入住辦理很方便，老闆把流程説的非常詳細清楚，前台有人值班登記，比較熱情近人，老闆還送了小禮品（終於知道為什麼這家公寓在各平台評分這麼高了）地理位置：靠近牌坊街道，掃一輛共享電單車15分鐘左右可以到達，都是大路，沒有巷子小路。並且，民宿標識牌非常醒目，按照地圖可以輕鬆找到房間環境：乾淨寬敞，空間大，不會侷促，乾濕分離，有WiFi，果然是商務房性價比：國慶節就沒有什麼性價比可言了，價格中等偏上，平時來潮州玩可以考慮

這家民宿無敵了，地理位置超棒，交通便利到爆炸，美食，景點就在樓下，出行可太方便了，門口全都是小黃車，打車也很方便，入住體驗很棒 我是一個睡眠很淺的人，住在這家民宿我睡的很舒服和踏實，房間隔音很好很安靜，就連窗户都是遮光很強的雙層簾，房間衞生做的很好，非常乾淨，房東也很熱情，給了我們很多周邊建議，介紹了好多好吃的好玩的，有什麼問題打電話給她，都很快的幫我解決，反之就是非常滿意，無敵到爆炸的民宿

超級棒！位置位於繁華地段，周圍吃的挺多，北方人表示對面那個乾麪挺好吃還有那個楊雪利蠔煎，除了蠔煎那個海鮮粥跟炒青菜，薄殼也是推薦！明碼標價不怕挨坑還好吃！説回酒店，雖然在老小區但是繁華地段就這樣，外部一般但是屋裡超級乾淨，我住宿先看廁所，廁所乾淨了別的地方就差不了！還特有一次性浴巾，比我自己買的都好！老闆也給了攻略，非常貼心！總之，潮州行玩的很開心，住的很開心！真心推薦來這家！
