The room had visible mold and a strong smell of dampness and humidity. The air felt unhealthy, and the room was poorly maintained, with damaged and dirty furniture. The sofa had noticeable stains and was uncomfortable to use.
The towels provided were disposable paper towels, not standard fabric towels. This is not acceptable for a hotel stay and was not disclosed in the listing.
The room was advertised as having “landmark views”, which is misleading. There were no visible landmarks or meaningful views from the room.
The front desk was frequently unattended, and when staff were present, they showed no willingness to address complaints or resolve issues.
The breakfast is not located in the hotel. Guests are required to walk approximately 200 meters to an external restaurant, which is not clearly stated at the time of booking.
Overall, this property fails to meet basic cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards. The listing description does not accurately reflect the actual conditions.
