Chaozhou Hotel

I booked the 28-square-meter room type, and it was well laid out. Downstairs, there's Guan Tang Brothers Beef Hotpot and Lion Head Braised Goose, which is super convenient. It's about a 10-yuan taxi ride to Guangji Bridge, Paifang Street, and Kaiyuan Temple, or roughly a 40-minute walk, which can be a bit tiring. There are also congee shops and rice noodle roll places nearby.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's easy to catch a taxi, visit attractions, and explore the snack streets nearby. The room was spotless, the bathroom had no water stains or odors, and the mattress was just the right firmness, allowing me to sleep soundly all night. All the facilities are new, the Wi-Fi speed was excellent, and the staff and floor attendants were warm, meticulous, and thoughtful. My stay was incredibly relaxing and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The first thing I noticed upon entering was how clean everything was – no stains on the floor, bathroom, or bedding, and no strange odors. The mattress was just right, not too soft or too hard, and the pillows were very comfortable. The soundproofing at night was also good. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff on my floor were friendly and polite, responding promptly to any requests. There was plenty of hot water, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The complimentary toiletries were of good quality. All in all, fantastic value for money! This is definitely my top choice for business trips or vacations, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

Arrived at the hotel late at night, and the security guard was very polite in directing us to parking. The parking lot was spacious and convenient. The front desk staff saw we had a child and kindly arranged a quiet floor for us. The room was clean and hygienic, perfect for families with kids, and they even provided children's slippers. Service gets full marks. The hotel's location is very close to the scenic area, and there are all sorts of restaurants nearby. I'd love to come back during the holidays!

A hidden gem offering a tranquil stay amidst the bustling city, yet far from the crowded old town. The room had no stuffy odors, and the bathroom had consistent water pressure and a great wet/dry separation. Fresh seasonal fruits were delivered in the evening, and security was strict with key card access required for the elevator. Claypot congee and braised goose restaurants are within walking distance. The value for money far exceeded expectations.

You can tell by the name this is an older, state-run hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the ancient city. It seems to have been renovated; the room was clean and tidy. The best part for us, since we rented a car, is that they have their own independent parking lot, and it even has a canopy to shield from the sun – very satisfied! There are also many shops and restaurants nearby, so finding food was incredibly convenient. Highly recommend.
