This hotel is just so-so. The quality one next door is better. After all, they have the same owner, but the price is lower. The room hygiene is OK, just average. But this hotel has a nice view. It is right behind the river and looks beautiful in the morning sun.

Internet was not working for at least two hours and they wanted me to call the internet support center and as a guest I had called and fixed the problem of the hotel’s internet service. The hotel authorities didn’t even bother to fix the problem. So, shameful

Staff friendly. Room clean, towels clean. Shower good. Outside appearance looks old and dirty. you can see the blinds in some of the front facing rooms that look like they are about to fall. Not too sure about the safety of the area. We drove around not far from here and didn’t feel safe. However at night the lighting outside is great. Well lit parking lot.

Beds are weirdly too high. And the ice machine was broken on the second floor. Staff is nice and friendly and the rooms clean- although step in showers would be nicer and comfort height toilets.
