Do not recommend. I was charged twice the booking amount, which is unacceptable. Customer service was unhelpful and failed to provide a refund or a clear explanation. Very disappointing experience

The perfect hotel for a long weekend visit! From the moment we arrived we felt welcome by the increible team there. The rooms are equipped with laundry machines and mini kitchens were are extremely convenient when you need to wash an outfit or want to make a quick cup of tea before bed! The in-room amenities are fantastic and the setting is magical! You are transported when you are relaxing in their courtyard space. We cannot recommend this property enough!

The Nickel is one of the nicest boutique hotels I've stayed in. I was worried about late night noise given the prime location on King Street but it was very quiet and the bed might be the most comfortable I've ever slept in. My husband loved it, too!

The room and public spaces were clean and beautiful, with lots of amenities. The courtyard, bar, and restaurant were all relaxing and had great drinks and food. The staff was really knowledgeable and hung on to our baggage after we checked out for a bit while we grabbed lunch elsewhere. Overall, I was really impressed and we will definitely be going back!

This hotel was so cute and had the best room setup with an fully stocked kitchenette. The courtyard and bar area were so fun as well as the rooftop bar. The staff was attentive and valet was really quick. Also the price is right for downtown Charleston. I'll definitely be back!

Great location right off King St. The atmosphere was so cozy and welcoming and the rooms were dreamy. Everything was so clean. I was nervous about the street sounds but each rooms comes with a sound machine and it was absolutely no issue! I even did a load of laundry before I left so convenient!

What a chic-modern, yet super cozy hotel. The rooms have everything you could wish for, like a wet bar, stove, laundry machines and a dishwasher. Also, exceptional staff, especially at the front desk (special thanks to Callie and Walter). We really enjoyed our stay for NYE and loved the balcony leading to the beautiful courtyard. What a place!!
