THE SPACE Our 1414 square foot home features: -2 Bedrooms -2 bathrooms -Bedroom #1 downstairs- King bed -Bedroom #2 upstairs- King bed -Open floor plan with loft living area! -Smart TV in both living areas -Parking is provided for one car and is first come, first serve. Guests may park one vehicle in the lot outside of the building. Additional parking in a lot around the corner (Parking pass required. 6 Minute walk) -High-speed internet -Fully equipped/high-end kitchen appliances -Dining for 6 Guests -Sound machines are available in the bedrooms. This is an end unit with one bedroom on the main floor of the suite with an additional bedroom up the spiral staircase. Walk to everything Charleston has to offer! You are directly in the heart of it all with this home! Please note, there is no elevator in the property. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events. *Day Passes are for an extra cost. Pricing is created by the Wonderer, guest will receive a link after booking to see cost breakdown. *Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team. *Please also note that the property manager is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff. * *The Wonderer also reserves the right to change prices and availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed day pass. *Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome.
